Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Seems it just a summary indicator from whole game walkthrough, not only for part 4..
Btw, anyone knows, is there some differences if you don't bringing back Marine's boat in part 4 or not?

I'm also stuck in part 3. After I started my walk with Jay she jumped away, and is now standing in the hedge in front of the tower on the right side of the inn, but I can't get to her. I already tried getting on the hedge, but can't find a way.

In front of the Inn, on the left side is a bank.
You can go on the bank and then jump over the hedge to go to Jay.

she is the one who spanks the two elves when you arrive right?
Not sure about the details but I think its just doing the things Agnus(? tiny elf ) wants you to do.
