Maria's Hard Time Sentence

Though the old-style prisons had been phased out, the cell occupied by Maria Johnson was an exception. In the basement of the local branch of the Department of Corrections were a row of old-fashioned cells with steel bars. The newly convicted were held there until their rejuvenation, and watched closely.

As part of security protocols, the black-haired Maria was naked to prevent her from using any clothing to form a noose. She was also handcuffed. The cell itself was barren, as she wasn't expected to occupy it for more than a few hours at most.

In the cell next to hers a man paced back and forth nervously, his eyes on the clock in the hallway outside their cells. Like her he wore nothing.

"Damn it!" He hissed. "I can't believe this! It's not like I killed anyone!"

Before Maria could say anything a guard approached her cell, opening it with a set of old-fashioned brass keys.

"Maria Johnson, it's time." He said.

Maria knew what was going to happen to her when the guard finally came for her and she regretted ever doing what she did to her neighbor. She wished he had taken the other prison but faith was not on her side at the moment. He unlocked her cell door and began to take her to a new location as she didn't even fight against it as the cold air brushed against her body.

Maria was led into a room with what looked like an exam table. The guard undid her handcuffs, then made her lay on it before he used thick leather straps to tie her down.

"Alright, lets take a look at your DNA scan." A woman in a white lab coat said as she punched in several keys on a nearby computer. This was normal before a judicial rejuvenation, to see if the convict had any genetic predisposition for learning disabilities or psychological disorders that might impact their grades once they started school or their behavior. If genetic markers for various learning or psychological disorders were found, they were corrected during the rejuvenation, so the new penitatas would have no excuse for bad grades or bad behavior.

"Alright, looks like the scan after your conviction has come back, no signs of learning disabilities or psychological disorders." The technician said. She made some notes on a handheld chart. "The sentence is 5x5 to 10. When you wake up you will be five years old again, then meet your new parents. They may decide to give you a new name, or they may not. Any last questions?"

Maria quickly rubs her wrist from the discomfort as she was forced to lay down on the exam table and felt leather straps restrict her movement. She knew that she didn't have any disabilities or disorders but she knew anything she would've had said would've been ignored. After the DNA scan, she listened to the technician on her sentence of 5x5 to 10.

"One question, what's going to happen to all of my belongings?" She asked as she looks the technician in the eyes.

"They will be held in storage." She said before nodding to the guard. The man sprayed something from a canister into Maria's face, knocking her out.

Mike and Sarah Stevens waited at the Department of Corrections, eager to meet their new penitatas. She was going to be serving her first cycle of 5 to 10 with them. And unfortunately for her the Stevens' had quite a bit of experience in giving spankings.

Mike was a tall man with dark hair, while Sarah was a smaller blond.

"Stevens, room 7." The technician said over the intercom.

Mike and Sarah went down the hallway, opening a door marked 7. Inside was a single bed, on which slept a little dark haired girl. She had a black collar on her neck, and black Ps on the back of each hand, marking her as a penitatas.

Maria was slightly stirring from the spray as she flutter her eyes open. "What happened?" She asked with a groan as she held her head. That's where she knew something was wrong as she looked at her arms and reliazed it was much more shorter than usual, as her eyes trailed down her body she reliazed it was all of her body that was smaller.

"Hello sweetie." Sarah said in a gentle voice. "We're your new Mommy and Daddy."

Mike nodded. "Now, this can go one of two ways. Easy, or hard."

"Great and here's the part I was dreading." She mumbled under her breath as she looks at her new parents. She sat up on the bed and gets a good look at them. When the man mentioned an easy and hard way she rolls. "What's the Easy and Hard way?" She asked, her voice dripping with sarcasm and attitude obviously showing she didn't like this one bit.

"The easy way is you do what we say, behave yourself, and walk out of here with your bottom unspanked." Mike explained before removing a hairbrush from the bag he had brought with them. "The hard way is I take you over my knee, spank your bare bottom red and sore, then put you in the corner in the waiting room so everyone can see you were a naughty little girl."

"Fine, I'll listen for now." Maria agreed as she exits the bed. Once she did she notice the real height difference she had as she only reaches up to their knees. "So what going to happen first?" She asks.
