This is a brazilian Cartoon Network show that i'm sure it's not famous here, i don't know if it was even aired on America. Anyway most of the characters in this show are designed to be scary or silly but there's this one character, Death, who looks like... this

Her boobs jiggle all the time and it seems like her thong is showing( though it could be just her pelvis) which are both pretty unusual for kids cartoons. I can't really think of any situations of her being spanked, but if anyone was thinking of drawing a character being spanked and couldn't think of any, here it is.
