Have you tried all her dialogue options?
If you have I think the only thing left to do is pick up the letter.

I pick the letter and then there comes a sign saying the letter is not finished

Wrong letter, there should be one right above it, asking you to come to the Yellow Butterfly

Guys, anybody got a save of part 3? I missed some points and now unable to move forward in part 5. I'd prefer the save to be of after dealing with monster. it's a pain to deal with it.

Can anyone tell me who the five people are with red notes during the after party stage? I can only find Kate and the librarian...

Don’t remember who Kate is, but:

 

1)All five are from around 13 years before the game is set so anyone who would have been too young then are not the ones you’re looking for
2)There are a bunch of other girls with red notes in chapter 5 not part of the main quest.

I’ve only found four so far.

Super frustrated here. I have permission from Agnes to spank the elder, but when I mention discipline to her, she gets angry and says it isn't my business. I can't figure out how to change that line. I also can't figure out how to start the lady grey line by finding something about Leila's papers.
I have really enjoyed this game, but my inability to figure out how to get to the afterparty is really getting on my nerves at this point. Any help would be very much appreciated!

You don't need to spank the elder to continue the story, it's just side contnent and also unlocks the Lady Grey line. As for why it doesn't work, have you spanked Lily with the Birches yet? That is the other requirement together with Agnes permission.

There must be more than that. I have spanked Lily properly, and gotten Agnes' permission, but I still get the rejection from the elder. It can't really be a timing issue, because I tried spanking Lily before speaking to Agnes, and I've tried spanking her before speaking to Agnes.
