FE Three Houses: Chronicles of Garreg Mach (for LillyLotus)

[Matisse]

Byleth was really amazed by the monumenal architectural complex that was the Garreg Mach Monastery. She was used to live has a a wandering swordswoman, a homeless mercenary that normally slept in a sleeping bag inside a military tent. That was far over what she would have expected.
The previous day she saved three kids from there from a bandit attack, and soon after she was invited with her father at the monastery.
The mercenary was told to go to see Rhea, the Archbishop. She had seen her from the distance, and couldn't help but to feel a little scared by her. She was indeed a beatiful woman, but Byleth could have sworn that something colder laid in her.
She reached her office, and with a deep sigh she knocked. What could she wanted from her? Did she needed the service of a mercenary, maybe? Unlikely, considering the presence of the Knights of Seiros.
Byleth shook her head. It was useless to think about it. She had just to wait to be called inside, and Rhea would have explained what she wanted from her.

Once inside she was met with the a warm smile and Pale Green eyes that bore into her, For what seemed like ages the two would just stare at each other, The girl's eyes scanning over her as if trying to decide something. Though the silence would end with the Archbishop would speak, "I am Rhea i'm sure your father has spoken about me on your travels here, I am grateful you were able to return those three to use without any problems." Her smile seems to show that she is indeed quite happy with the return of them as the fallout if anything happened to them would cause the Church to lose face.

Rhea would pace towards the front of her desk closer to Byleth now and speak once more, "Now as you are here I had a proposition for you, I would like you to become a professor here and teach the students, Jeric is well known to me so i'm sure whatever he taught you would be of great use to the students here".

Byleth wasn't sure of how to behave in front of such an important figure in Fódlan's political structure. She decided to act as formally as she could, and with a small bow she introduced herself too "Good to meet you, I'm Byleth. And I'm happy I could help."
She listened carefully to what the woman had to say, and analyzed her from head to toes, trying to catch every detail of her figure. She wasn't sure she could trust her, but she had no reason to think otherwise, so she decided to try to give her some trust.
The mercenary was really surprised, however, when she heard the proposition.
"Lady Rhea, I'm honored that you are entrusting me with those kids, and without modesty I am indeed skillful, but I'm not sure I would be a good professor. I've never had to deal with children before." she said, a bit hesitantly.

She took a moment to answer her responce but would give her warm smile once again, "Worry not dear, Your combat prowess has been attested for by the kids you saved and not to mention most of them are just a bit younger than you.... Or are you worried you would not be able to punish them if it comes to pass?"

It was not unheard of that punishments could be given out if the students needed them, Most of the time it was just a spanking but sometimes other things would be brought to mind that the two could talk about.

Byleth made a puzzled expression. She didn't even knew about the goddess religion, she had no idea of the Officer Acadamey way of dealing with discipline. She didn't know if them being just a bit younger was a good or bad thing for her comfort.
Curious about it, the mercenary scratched her chin and asked "Well, I had never needed to discipline someone. What are my disciplinary options? What am I authorized to do?"

SHe thought for a moment and said, "Well most of the time It would be a simple spanking, how you go about it is up to you of course, but it some cases that may not be enough, so we sometimes take mesures to do somethings else". Being unsure if she should talk to the girl about diapering and such so she held off unless it came up for now.

She also wondered if the girl had ever given or been spanked.

Byleth listened to the Archbishop, and scratched the back of her head.
"Spanking?" she asked "Is the action of slapping someone's ass, correct?"
Her father did disciplined the mercenary girl when she was younger, but he never really touched her. His idea of punishing her was extra training, making her run, making her doing push ups or things like that.

She would nod her head, "Yes but it could also be on the feet or palms if needed, but its mainly on the backside of course, Have you ever given one?" She would gaze over the girl still a bit unsure if she should talk about the other punishments or not.

Byleth shook her head.
"No, never." she said.
She was a bit embarassed to ask, but gulping she added "Maybe... you could give me a demonstration? To ensure I know how to do it correctly?"

Thinking for a moment, "Would you like to try your hand at being the spanker or taking one?" The tone of voice did leave much mystery as to what each option would do. Though she would not hesitate or break fromt he look she gave.
