Not a Khaleesi

Dany smiled shyly at Wendy's reassurances, and couldn't help but blush a bit at the part about spanking her - of course she had to mention that too! She didn't answer the woman's question about Beth - a silence that spoke volumes. She couldn't get herself to say that she thought she was being with someone her own age when she was around Beth. Beth seemed so much more....in control, apart from that one time playing basketball. She wasn't fond of admitting it, but she was more like Bonnie than she would like to admit to - in some ways, though of course not in all.

When asked to go shower and get into her PJs, Dany eagerly nodded. She wasn't entirely fond of the smell she could smell on herself. She didn't know what it was. She was certain it wasn't anything dangerous - she trusted Wendy not to let something like that happen - but it was certainly unpleasant. A smell that smelled....strangely chemical in a way she didn't have the words to describe.
As she showered, she thought about what, exactly, had happened. She had more or less just consented to being a little girl, even though she was almost a woman. Part of her felt nauseous at that, but another part of her rejoiced. She realized that it was true. She hadn't had much of a chance to be a child on the run all those years. And now she did. She didn't have to worry about anything - well, apart from getting in trouble and suffering the consequences for that - and she breathed a sigh of relief unlike any she had in a while.

It was as if it had, for some reason, finally dawned on her that she was here to stay.

When she came downstairs and Mom told her to go play, she smiled, and went back up to her room instead to read. She found herself really taken in by this tale of the wizard Harry Potter. His aunt and uncle reminded her in some ways of Viserys, except Viserys HAD had moments where he'd treated her well, too. She really wished they'd get what they had coming at some point. She didn't hate Dudley as much, though. He was a jerk, but he was also a kid, who'd been taught by those two horrible people.

Let him stay here for a while, mom and dad would get a decent person out of him she found herself thinking as she shook her head and tried to get back to the place in the story where hse'd drifted off.


When dinner was finally ready, Dany put a bookmark in and went downstairs to set the table as was her chore. She could smell the meal all the way from the stairs, and smiled. It smelled delicious!

Dinner was a pleasant affair with Rodger regaling his girls, as his coworkers were getting used to him referring to Wendy and Dany as, with a story about a young officer who had tried to throw their weight around in his office and almost ended up in a lot of hot water if Rodger hadn't gone out on a limb for them. Soo the meal was finished however and the man was giving Dany a grin. "So daughter mine," he began in a stage whisper while Wendy's back was turned. The woman rolled her eyes but made a show of pretending ignorance. "How would you feel about watching one of your old man's favorite movies tonight? I've been meaning to show it to your for a while and it honestly just keeps slipping my mind."

Wendy rolled her eyes again and found herself something to do while she pretended not to notice her husband lead their daughter in sneaking through the kitchen to make a bowl full of popcorn, a desert that luckily wouldn't fill anyone up on sugar right before bed, before heading into the living room. Soon the pair were situated on the couch and the room was filled with the loud opening track of Star Wars.

"Really now you two," Wendy scolded them as she made a show of discovering them. Rodger didn't simply threw her a wink as he proceeded to read the opening scrawl aloud in his most dramatic voice. Wendy let out an overly dramatic sight before taking a seat herself, keeping Dany between the two with the bowl of popcorn in her lap. "I suppose I better stay and watch two since I clearly can't leave you two unsupervised." Despite her words she had a smile on her face and was clearly joking. As the movie began the adults wrapped an arm around each other, cuddling Dany between them in the process.

Dany giggled at the conspiratorial tone in Rodger's voice, warming a bit when he called her daughter, and nodded eagerly at his suggestion. She DID want to watch one of his favorite movies. She followed him to the kitchen, looking over her shoulder every step of the way to see if they werer spotted - mostly because HE seemed to do so, so she felt even more conspiratorial because of it.

When they got back to the living room she couldn't help but giggle a little at their success, and leaned back to watch it. When Wendy joined, she did of course pick up on the woman's joke, and smiled as she leaned into her when she joined them.
If Rodger had thought he had a little Princess Leia on his hands, he was in for a disappointment.


"Why do I get the feeling that we're supposed to support the rebels?", she asked, her tone somewhat tense. The idea of "rebels" in her mind conjured very different images to what it would normally conjure in an average American's mind. Not the daring heroes of the American revolution, but outlaws, traitors and renegades who threatened civilization itself. Not even the destruction of Alderaan made her soften up to the rebel cause, though she didn't support it either.


"That....seemed unnecessary", she said quietly. "Why not just...you know...target Leia's home city or something, rather than the whole planet? So many innocents...all because the rebels don't know what's best for them", she said, turning the atrocity into the rebels' fault in her mind. When the movie ended with the destruction of the Death Star, she scoffed. "Seems a bit convenient", she remarked. "But...yeah, good movie, honestly", she smiled, nodding. "I hope things go better in the second one"

When told there would be no time tonight for the second one, she looked at Wendy and gave a small pout, but didn't push the matter. She hugged both of them and went upstairs to get ready for bed

The parents shared a look at Dany's initial react, by now starting to come to expect the girl not to have a traditional outlook on the story. "Well Dany just think. They were willing to blow up a whole planet that didn't do anything just to show off how powerful their weapon was. All those innocent people killed for no good reason. Would you want to live in a society where you and everyone you've ever known and loved could be killed in a moment for no good reason? Wouldn't you want to try and stop that sort of thing from happening? To protect people from those kinds of abuses? If they're willing to use the Death Star now then they were probably already doing some pretty nasty things," Rodger tried to patiently explain.

In the end the pair decided to settle for her getting some enjoyment out of the show and hoping that as time went on they could get her to change her way of thinking. Once the girl was headed upstairs they put their heads together for a bit, debating various shows and books that might help her change her mind. Eventually though Wendy headed upstairs to go through the routine of tucking the girl in and reading together until the teen fell asleep.

The next morning saw Wendy up bright an early. She started up breakfast, getting a nice pot of oatmeal going before heading up to check on her daughter. As she neared the top of the stairs a smile tugged at her lips as she started moving a bit quitter, carefully peaking into her daughters room to see if she'd catch her cutely playing with her toys again.

"Or it was the thing to crush the rebellion and bring peace, order and stability to the galaxy" Dany countered. "Yes...this...this was way too much. Surely they could have just used it on a rebel camp or something", she said, before thinking that it would likely be best to just enjoy the rest of the movie. She DID, in fact, enjoy it, and when it was time to go to bed, and her pout hadn't worked, she got under the covers and waited for Wendy to continue the story of Harry Potter. Before long, she drifted off, and......

She was still herself, but also a student at Hogwarts. She found herself very unprepared, though, as Professor Snape looked at her, and, spoke with Viserys' voice in a way that seemed a matter of course in the dream, but when she thought of it afterwards was so comical as to be absurd:

"Do you want to wake the dragon, Miss Stevens? Do you? Why are you not good enough?"

Everyone turned around and looked at her, laughing, even Hermione and Ron and Harry, whose faces were all blurry messes.


She woke up and sat up with a gasp. She didn't scream, though she felt like it. Looking around her, it was dark night outside, and she laid back down, turning on the nightlight only for a moment.
It took many moments before she returned to a dreamless sleep.



The next morning, Dany was still in bed when Wendy would peak in, but didn't see her. She was still thinking about the dream, and didn't notice the older woman looking through the slightly ajar door.

When she came downstairs, though, she smiled as she hugged both of them goodmorning, and sat down to enjoy her breakfast. She wasn't very hungry, but knew enough to know that she would be later if she didn't fill up now.

No sooner had she put her plate in the dishwasher, showered and gotten dressed in the shortalls she loved so much, before there was a knock on the door.

"Can Dany come play?", she, from the top of the stairs, heard Tina ask, and Dany almost flew down the stairs and hugged her friend who she hadn't seen in seemingly forever!

When they arrived at Tina's house, they went straight for living room, and was about to start discussing what to do, when Dany's attention was drawn to an argument between Matilda and their mom next to the couch. She didn't entirely catch what it was about - a party was mentioned, but she was certain that a lot of context was escaping her.


What didn't escape her, though, was when their mom apparently had had enough; sat down, yanked Matilda's short and panties down in one move, and pulled the girl over her lap, and started spanking her right then and there.

Dany stared wide-eyed. She had had a few spankings herself, but never seen one. And the one she'd overheard was Bonnie's, and Bonnie wasn't a big girl like Matilda.


"Tina, go get me the hairbrush" came the order from the couch, and Dany stared again....she...couldn't exactly believe what she was witnessing, and didn't know what to do with herself.

Wendy frowned a little upon seeing the girl still in bed. Heading into the room she gave the girl a kiss atop her head before softly calling her name. "Dany? It's time to get up Baby Girl," she said giving her shoulder a gentle shake. "Come on downstairs. Breakfast is just about ready." With that she left the girl to finish getting up on her own. When the teen did eventually come down she was greeted warmly by the two.

It was only shortly after Rodger left that Tina arrived and asked for Dany. Wendy gave the girl a teasing smile and considered messing with her a little bit but before she could a Dany shaped missile seemed to come flying down the stairs. The blonde laughed and told the pair to go play but that she expected a call if Dany wasn't going to be back by lunch time. With that done Wendy headed for her office, intent on getting some actual work done.

While not as astonished by the sudden turn of events in her living room as Dany was Tina still found herself stopping what she was saying when her big sister suddenly found herself being put over a lap. While Tina looked up to the girl a lot she did occasionally get a bit annoyed at her bossiness, and had especially so over the last few days while Dany was gone. As such the look in her eye was almost gleeful as she watched the spanking commence and the order to go get a hairbrush was met with a quick, "yes Mama!"

The woman who looked like an older version of her daughters seemed to keep giving Dany a look while she lectured and spanked, ignoring the cries for mercy and privacy from her oldest. When Tina came back she happily handed over the brush and returned to Dany's side to enjoy the show until she noticed the looks the pair were getting. "Um maybe we should go play in my room," she suddenly suggested quietly. "Or over at your house?" She recognized that look well. Her mother drew an odd line between someone seeing a spanking happen because the spankee decided to act out around others, and someone 'gawking" or teasing. While the former was fine in her book she had little patients for the later and her daughters knew it. As far as Tina was concerned she had seen enough of her sister's comeuppance and not it was time to make themselves scarce, lest they be next.

Dany was brought out of the trance by her friend's voice suggesting in a way that was more of an insistence, that they leave. She nodded eagerly and almost ran towards the door - the image of Matilda sprawled over her mommy's lap just as she herself had been not many days ago still fresh in her mind. It made her wonder just what, exactly, counted as a "big girl" here. When was someone too old to get spanked, when neither Beth nor Matilda seemingly were?

The spanking had reached its crescendo as Matilda's bawling and pleading was easily heard through the open living room window, but they did not linger outside the house either, instead heading over to Dany's place.
She knocked on the door, not having a key of her own yet, and looked up at Wendy


"Is...is it okay if we play here instead?", she asked, expecting the answer to be "yes", and hoping to not be asked too many questions about why. When they got up to Dany's room, she sat down on the floor and hauled the toy box over to see if there was something there they could both enjoy.


"What...what I was going to ask before", she said, "was...like...what do you wanna play? There's sure to be something inhere...."

Wendy was a little surprised to see the pair back so soon but shrugged. "If you want to dears of course you can," she said. She waved the girls in, pulling Dany into a brief hug as she past and tussling Tina's hair. "Next time just come on in though Baby Girl. The door will be unlocked as long as someone's home. I'll be in my office if you two want a snack or anything."

Once in Dany's room Tina was happy to start digging through the girls toys for something to play with. "I should have brought my suit," Tina commented as she poked around in the toybox. "We could have just hopped in the pool. I'm sure your mom wouldn't have minded, right?" She didn't even look up as she made the comment, unaware of Dany's very recent reminder of the consequences of getting in the pool without prior approval. "Oh hey you've got a Bop-It! Our broke forever ago!" The girl quickly pulled out the toy and started showing her friend how to play it, giggling away as they took turns trying to get the best score.

When the fun of the Bop-It passed Tina started digging around again, only for Wendy to poke her head in. "Hey girls what ae you up to," she asked with a smile. "You know I was thinking of doing a little bit of baking. You want to help? We could get some cookies started and then I think I have a chest of dress-up clothes in the garage I could pull out if you want to have a tea party or something." In truth the woman found that while she could mostly focus on her work while she knew her daughter was being supervised by someone else and having fun the temptation to try and do something with her and her friend was just too high while the girl was in the house.

Dany blushed a bit when Tina mentioned the pool.


"Uhm...ac...actually she doesn't want me using it unless she isn't there", she admitted. "I....we could ask her, if you wanted to?", she admitted, hoping that Tina found something else she'd rather do instead, and happy when she found something! She didn't know what the thing was, though, and so was a little reluctant until Tina actually showed her. Then she grinned. It was indeed fun! And tickled her competitive gene too.
When Wendy asked if they wanted to help bake, Dany jumped up at the chance. She knew that Wendy's baked goods were yummy, and if she could learn how to do it herself, she could get yummy stuff when she wanted!
So she looked at Tina and nooded eagerly.


"Come on" she encouraged, and helped her friend up.

When it came down to it, she did give it her best shot, trying to form the cookies like Wendy showed her, but not really doing as good a job of it as Wendy herself. She did look a bit displeased, especially as Tina's cookies looked better, but she didn't say anything about it. She hoped they'd taste good no matter what they looked like.

And she was eventually proven right! They were as yummy as she remembered, and they somehow tasted better when she had helped make them herself!

Tina seemed to have just as good a time with the baking as Dany, although she did seem to be prone to making a mess. By the time they were finished she was decorated in bit of flour and the occasional spot of cookie dough in hard to explain places. When the mixing was done each girl was given a mixer to lick clean by a clearly amused Wendy. Afterward the first batch came out and the girls got to try them however the woman seemed to realize that perhaps she should have held back a bit on letting the girls have so much sugar.

"Okay that's enough for now," the blonde told them when she saw Tina eying another cookie even as she still had the last bite of her first one in her mouth. "You'll ruin your lunch. Why don't you both go outside and burn some of that sugar off. Go on now." She gave each bottom a playful swat to get them moving before grabbing up her wooden spoon and giving it a threatening wave.

"Yes ma'am," Tina agreed readily as she grabbed Dany's hand and drug her outside. "Come on I got some jump ropes at my house." Leading the way over she paused at the door and peeked inside. There was no sign of her sister or mother through the front window so she held a finger to her lips and slipped in the house, emerging a few minutes later with an arm load of outdoor toys including the promised jump ropes. "I don't think my sister's gonna be coming out at all today," she confided in her friend with a giggle as she dumped the arm load of toys on the porch and started sorting out what they should play with first.
