Hello. To get to the point, I remember seeing this clip of a spanking in an anime a lonnngg time ago that I could never find again, was hoping someone might know it. To describe the scene; I remember this highschooler showing off something (a pill bottle maybe?) to a friend(s) or classmate(s). An older guy (might have been his brother or something) sneaks up on him and it cuts to the younger guy getting an otk spanking. I remember the spanker shouting out "whips of love!" before every spank.

Not knowing what this is but remembering the scene fairly clearly has really gotten me for a while, any help as to what this is/from would be appreciated.
