If ANY two characters in the cartoon world needs a good spanking, it's those two. If an artist could do a comic of these two being spanking in the diaper position it would be great. Here's some scenarios that you could use:
ANGELICA:
Scenario 1: Angelica is caught bullying the babies for being in diapers, and she is given a hard, legs up spanking then diapered.
Scenario 2: Angelica throws a tantrum in a toy store, she is taken into the rest room, laid onto the changing table and given a spanking with a hairbrush.

Scenario 1: D.W. throws one of her world famous tantrums because Arthur won't let her use the TV. She is taken into the kitchen where she is sat onto the counter, and explained to why she is going to be spanked. Then she is laid down onto the counter, her legs lifted into the air, and her bare behind spanked with a wooden spoon.
Scenario 2: D.W. is told to pee before they get into the car to head to the shore. She refuses, then about 5 minutes into the ride she has to go. She knows that if she tells her parents that she has to go to the bathroom they will spank her with the hairbrush they brought along. Instead she tries to hold it in, but then she wets herself. Arthur immediatly sees and yells "EW! MOM! DAD! DW PEED IN HER PANTS". They stop at a rest stop, she is stripped naked and sat on the toilet, then, still naked, is led outside where they make her choose a switch from a tree, which they spank her with. (cruel, I know, but it's only a drawing, many drawings are alot brutaler than that)
Scenario 3: D.W. keeps messing up at a ballet rehearsal, and is given swats with a cane every time she messes up
