Vander's Heavy Hand (for FoodisLife)

Vander was worried beyonde words. The girls had not sleep in their bed the last night, and now it was late evening, and he still had no idea theere they could be. He was not overly protective usually, knowing that Vi can look after hersef and her younger sis, but there were limits to it, and almost two days hex-knows-where were far beyonde those limits.



The Hound of the Underground used all his inf;uemce to find them, he alerted between running between the darkest corners of Zaun and waiting in the bar in case the girls will eb back. He even used the extremely unafficial and risky contacts in Enforcers ranks to check if vi and Powder were smethere in Piltover...


Right now the huge man sat gloomily alone in his bar, cracking his heavy fists nervously...

While Vander was worried about the well-being of his two adopted daughters, said girls weren't too concerned with their little trip. Powder was still excited that Vi had actually taken her with her on a trip and they had even gotten some good stuff they could sell. Heh, the boys would be so jealous once they saw their loot!

Funnily enough they absolutely weren't aware that staying away for such a long time without telling anyone was a bad idea, so when they walked in back into the bar they pretended nothing had happened.

"Vander!" Powder immediately placed the bag with the stuff they had stolen in front of her. "Look at what we got! Vi showed me so many new things!" The excited girl barely could contain her excitement while her older sister just smirked. "Sup Vander, we're back. Care to give me something to drink?"

As soon as they appered, vander got up - with swiftness, unexpected from someone of such a massive stature. In no time he got to the girls and hugged them both, probbaly leaving teh kids breathless for a short time.



"I'm so glad you are all right..." the man gasped. And then he let the two girls on their feet, and his tone drastically changed. "There have you been?! Two days!! You disappered for two days! What were you thinking?!" pauses between some words indicated that Vander had to remind himself not to curse in front of the children. But his eyes were saying enough already.

Powder squealed when Vander hugged them like that, she always liked getting affection in form of hugs. Vi just rolled her eyes. "Easy there big guy, it were only two days." The teenager said with a huff. "We got some good loot, Powder wasn't hurt and she learned many things. Seriously, this is not a big deal."

While Vi seemed to deflect, Powder started to get a bit nervous though. Vander's tone had changed a little bit and his eyes said everything she needed to know. While he was happy that they were back, he also seemed pretty upset with them and Vi behaving like this didn't make this easier.

"Only two days?" Vander's tone sounded a lot like actual hound's barking at this point. "Two whole days. Without telling anyone! What was I suposed to think, Vi? I was this close to go through the bridge and burn Stillwater in case you were there!"


He stood up, towering over the girls. "You are in a big trouble, you both. But I presume it was Vi's idea, wasn't it?" Vander haeded to teh bar's door to lock ot. The following was not for strangers' eyes. "Put your goods on the table, Vi. We'll look at them later. First I need you to learn why you never should try something like this again."

Powder stayed quiet and looked at the floor while looking ashamed. She hadn't thought about telling Vander before doing this little stunt. She had just been so excited to do this with her big sister.

"I'm sorry Vander..." The younger girl said quietly while still looking down. At least she was sorry unlike Vi who huffed loudly as if she was challenging her adoptive father. "Trouble? Vander, you're always treating us like kids, but look at me, I'm grown-up!" The teenager argued loudly. "I handled this perfectly fine and two days are nothing! And just so you know, it was my idea!" She even added a little bit of extra sass.

"I didn't doubt that" vander said almost calmly as he walked back to the two. "But you are mistaken. You are not a grown-up, Vi. And I am responsible for you both. I was serious about the Stillwater, by the way. I am not proud of it, but i would do it if I knew you got in a big trouble. Which would leave a lot of good people killed. Think about it." He suddenly grabed Vi's shoulder and led her to the bar's dark corner. "You can do the thinking here. If I see you turning around or hear more sass, there will be consequences."


Then Vander returned to teh ecnter of teh room and took a seat on teh chair on which he had waited for the girls. "Now, Powder, come here. I belive you know what's coming next. Vi's idea or not, you should have thought for yourself and be wiser."

Vi was absolutely not happy when she was placed in the corner like that, she had never been good at handling standing still while staring at a wall. She was also too stubborn to actually think about Vander's words - she knew that the tall man was right and that she should think about it, but right now she didn't want to. "Or there will be consequences..." She parroted his words in an exaggerated way while looking over her shoulder. Sometimes the teenager was too stubborn for her own good, especially when she was in trouble with Vander.

Powder in the meantime whimpered quietly, she was a bit concerned since her sister continued to behave like a brat. Sometimes Vi was a bit weird, in the streets she seemed to know exactly what she was doing, but when she was facing Vander she sometimes just turned into a typical teenager dealing with puberty. "I'm sorry Vander... please don't spank me..." The younger sibling fiddled with her pants as if she expected they'd be pulled down in just a moment.

Vander didn't turn to the girl in the corner, but cleared his throat, which sounded almost like a low, dangerous barking. "For how many days exectly do you wnat to sleep on your tummy, Vi? Because you're workin' on increasing that number, as I see it."


He looked at Powder and slwoly shook his head. "Cannot do, little one. You screwed up big time. I need you to remember not to try it ever again" he reached for teh girl's pants, gently but firmly remobed her hands and pulled the pants and undies down to Powder's feet. Once she was properly bared, vander put the very light and timid kid over his lap. making her pale behind teh highest point of her body.

Vi huffed and didn't even flinch at his threat. "I'm too old to get spanked like a kid!" The stubborn girl argued but stayed in the corner. While she did challenge Vander's authority a lot, even she wasn't crazy enough to leave the corner against his order.

Powder wasn't good at taking spankings, while it usually took a lot of effort from Vander to get Vi to start crying, the younger girl was sniffling before the punishment even started. She also got in a lot less trouble than the other three kids. "I'm sorry Vander... I didn't mean to upset you..." The girl whimpered when her father figure gently draped her over his lap with her backside completely bare.
