Thanks for playing, sorry to hear that you're having problems. If you could be a bit more descriptive as to what the problem is exactly it would help out, the only thing I can suggest currently is to open the menu select the option for gear, then scroll down the list until you come to the upper body slot and choose the uniform. Hopefully that helps.

So basically what is happening is when I go to Armor and choose the Academy Uniform, the option is blurred out and I cant put it on

Ok, I understand what is happening now, and I can see how it can be a bit confusing. Instead of selecting Item in the menu select Equip instead and that should allow you to change your clothes. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for playing.
