Need Advice for a Fanfiction
Similar to me wanting to work on writing fiction or possibly long term rp for here, I want to write a fanfic, mostly focusing on Transformers but will include other fandoms.
Not only am I not entirely sure what other fandoms to use or how to incorporate them other then a multiversal/Omniversal crossover, I would like to try and reconcile the contradictory elements of Transformers lore because Hasbro has a set lore now that I want to fallow but I also like the lore established by Fun Publications.
There's also the confusing element of the Shroud, which splintered multiversal singularities but also, apparently, stories that take place in universes made before the shroud, still have singularities, maybe, as Quintessa from the Movieverse seems to be a post-Shroud fragment of Quintus Prime.

If you want references of how they might interact, Transformers and GI Joe appeared together in a comic series, when Marvel owned the rights to both. Other Hasbro properties had cameos or mentions, too. Like MASK, Gem and the Holograms, etc. There was also a Transformers/Ghostbusters miniseries.

I already want to use parallel universes for that but my main issue is how to reconcile the contradictory elements of the deep lore, because I want to involve it in the plot.

I'm not sure what you need, then. I suggested those titles because the writers would have had to reconcile those things themselves in order to write the comics, so you could just use their solutions, or it would at least help you come up with reconciliation yourself.

I already explained a bit, what my issue was but to clarify, I want to reconcile the lore around Primus, Unicron and the original Thirteen Primes that was given in the Marvel comics, Fun Publications, Ask Vector Prime the later contradictory lore, from the Aligned Continuity novels.
The Aligned continuity had an excuse to be contradictory, at first, with the in-story explanation being that the universes that correspond to that sub-franchise were separated from the rest of the multiverse by a quantum membrane, including their Primus, Unicron and Thirteen but the membrane was broken down by the Dark Spark from the video games and then there was the Shroud. The Shroud was caused by Nexus Prime as a way to strengthen the barriers between universes and this caused Unicron, Primus and the Thirteen, to be splintered into countless different versions of themselves, one for each universe.
The Doyalist reason for this was to end the concept of multiversal singularities, so that any future writers could do whatever they want with the formerly singular beings but the problem is that Hasbro has not only insisted on the Aligned lore as official, pretty much negating that reason but in-story, the Shroud was caused to end threats to the multiverse by making Interdimensional travel impossible but works made after this have interdimentional travel
Also, apparently, universes that formed (were written) before the Shroud, still have multiversal singularities.

Any suggestions? I thought that maybe I used mostly the old lore with some elements from the new lore, such as the membership of the Primes.
And still not sure about other fandoms. I read about another fanfic, in which, Marvel crossed over with Zootopia, the latter I'd like to include if I could make it work.
Other fandoms I have thought of using are Dragon Ball and The Lion Guard.

I suggested getting a pen and paper and writing all your ideas down and study them meticulously to see what fits and doesn't fit, and if it doesn't fit, maybe try finding ways to make it fit.
