A Special Treatment Course (need spankee)
I’ll play a doctor who sees an 18+ year old every so often. Problem is, the patient doesn’t really take care of their body line they should. During the most recent checkup, the patient is revealed to be declining more and is likely to be sick in the near future if things don’t turn around. So, the doctor offers between completely changing their diet and activity OR live in the doctor’s guest room and be subjected to their rules, including spankings and the like, as well as possibly experimental medication. Of course, the patient chooses the latter and is soon red bottomed at their new home for a while.
If you’re not comfortable with medical play, it can just be spankings and stuff, the medical stuff isn’t a requirement.
