What exactly do you need help for ?
if it's just general guidelines here is the condensed version of the game :
> Start of the game (north of town) :
- visit lilith in her shop and get your arm repaired
- get into a car crash to start a fight, lose the fight for spanking scene
- visit the building on the south west of the map for a grapple hook (interact with the teddy bear and tear it to shreds to find the grapple hook)
- if you repeatedly check the mirror while having a red bottom, you'll get a small scene with lilith, I don't know if that raises her favor but if you want the good ending, try to get as many interaction with lilith as possible
(optionally you can do the dungeon at the south east of the map, although you can also do it later, the boss can also be quite unfair if you're a lower level, so I'd advise getting a couple level ups before trying to beat it)
> South of town
- peak on the girl getting spanked for another spanking scene
- you can go to the infirmary to heal
- keep going south to get into the factory
> First dungeon : factory
- go to the upper floor and talk to the lady boss of the area
- then as you go out, normally you should have gotten the access key
- get inside the locked door with the access key
- once inside, interact with the vent to get in (once you're in you can try to go back for another spanking scene)
- the dungeon is pretty straightforward, just interact with all the papers and computers to get proof of what is going on and avoid the guards' line of sight
- confront the boss on what you found (multiple spanking scenes depending on what you have)
Now you can use the grappling hook on the house right next to lilith's shop (WARNING : to use the grappling hook, you must read the notice AND equip it in your "equipment" tab)
> Second dungeon : robot place
- again straightforward dungeon, you can fall in the hole for a spanking scene, make sure you pick up the equipment in a chest that disrupts machine, you can use it to stun the boss and make the fight really easy
- after that you control lilith, if you've stolen a battery from her, you can check it with lilith for some dialogue, but it doesn't lead up to a spanking scene, although I believe it changes lilith's favor... not sure
> New town
- go in the alleyway to get an interaction with two guys, they tell you to go to the casino
- follow their hint, go to the casino, gamble and lose to get into the casino part of the game
The casino is REALLY difficult to get right so you can check other comments that go into better details about what to do, but in short, interact with each of the four girls and explore the zone to get allies for the boss (quote this message for more details since I think I also have a rough understanding of how it works)
(IMPORTANT : lose to the boss at least once to get more lilith favor)
> Final area
- once again not much to do here, there is an optional superboss that you can fight/lose for another spanking scene, but that's pretty much it, keep going north for the final boss
> Before final boss
- before proceeding to the final boss, you must go aaaaaall the way back to lilith's shop to get one final scene with lilith to get more favor, now her favor should be max and you should normally get the good ending
> Final boss
either lose for the bad ending or win for the good ending
should also mention that all fights in this game have a spanking scene if you lose them, so just enter "flee" to get all those
