Do any of you remember that Sno-Cone place in Redbank, TN where the guy who ran it spanked two women that worked for him? It happened a few years back. That place was 10 minutes from my house, and I used to drive right by it when I went to my friend's apartment.

It still stands, but it's been vacant ever since that particular incident. I giggle a little bit whenever I drive by.

Might help if you posted a link to this newstory from a few years ago.

No offense, but it sounds like something that barely made the local paper and if you don't live within five miles of whatever town/district you do live in... you won't have heard of it.

Even if it did go national, the brits and euro's in the house still don't know the story.
I googled, but without knowing the area or keywords, I couldn't find it.

There was a story like that in a large pharmacy chain not far from where I worked, a manager was always slapping his female employee's behinds to 'encourage them to work harder'. Read the whole story in the 'London Lite' free paper on the tube one morning.

He got it far worse than this 'Gene' chappy. He got sued! Sued for every penny by two of the girls and fired without pension when his area manager found out.
And rightly so, both men are VERY lucky not to end up in prison. Actually, the game was up for the manager after he tried it on with a fifteen year old doing part-time work experiance. She told her teacher and the guy was arrested.
At the end of the day, its assualt...

With a 2.5% prosecution rate for sexual related crimes in the UK [Fact] he'd have almost certainly gone to prison if they'd stuck with assualt where the rate of going to court and being convicted is 70% [Not a fact, but I think its close].[autorant off].

Stories like these do raise interesting questions - like, are they really spankos with no shame, or just some discipline nutjobs who actually believe they have the right idea, going around putting hands on women?

And will any amounts of pieces of paper a person signs when they start the job ever stand up legally?

And if you ran a business, would you spank willing employees or consider that just too icky?

That poor girl got stripped, spanked, and had all sortsa bad stuff happen to her. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw the story because I couldn't believe someone could be that stupid. Sigh, humans are so ignorant and obedient it's sickening.
