I thoroughly enjoyed the game.
The few developments I would recommend you make are:
1. maybe add a way to control the number of times the character spanks the spankee
2. maybe an option to get spanked by William because the character thinks they're not performing up to par?
3. If the character decides to become a spankee, maybe add a few scenes of them getting spanked, like different scenarios
4. Maybe you can extend the 'fired' arc and give the character another chance where after the correctional centre, they can again join as a discipline tech but they would have to endure maintenance spankings or something similar?
5. I would love if in the arc where the character reduced to a spankee due to complaining about the max shareholder, if they do not change (ie strip) before going inside (in the practice facilitation) they are spanked by James?
6. Add an option to skip the starting scene of spanking Sonia if it has already been played once?

Other than that, the game is amazing and the concept feels fresh and interesting.

These are some good ideas. I do plan to add onto this game in the future. What I have currently is as much as I could fit into the development time frame for the Game Jam, but I do expect to add more later, and I think I can make use of some of these suggestions.
