you need to click the tile just in front of the book who is just in front of the receptionist, then you can pick her misbehavior among 3 choices which will lead to 3 different spanking scenes.

When you interact with the book in front of your desk on the first map, you'll find three options.

You get the fourth scene by leaving the room instead of interacting with the book. So to get the four scenes, you have to replay (or reload) four times.
