Dragon Tan (Open to all!)

Glimm groaned gently and rolled over a bit on his large pile of gold. He was in dragon form at the moment, his huge wings folded tightly against his back. Dragon form was the only way to sleep comfortably on gold or any other precious jewel. If he tried it in human form, he found that it gave him backaches. He shifted again and again, digging a sort of nest into the pile of treasure that made up his hoard. Even in sleep, he wondered, would it be an adventurer or a rival dragon that came along this time, seeking to steal his treasure for themselves...

[Lakot]

"Just a big lizard" thought the thief as he crawled through the dark. His yellow eyes cut through the darkness and his long coyote ears listened for any sign of the dragon stirring. His long hair was tied into a simple pony tail and it shared it's reddish brown color with his tail, which was flat against the ground. The theif was small by most standards, in human terms he was around eleven. As he reached the pile the coyote boy reached out a clawed hand to snatch some gold.

The dragon's huge claw smashed down right next to the young thief, causing a huge pile of gold to fly up. The dragon's deep, rumbling voice, could be heard. "Who are you, child, and what do you think you're doing in my hoard." The dragon's head lifted up and two firey red eyes focused on the thief, a bit of smoke flairing from his nostrils.

[Lakot]

The thief eeped and sunk into a bowing position. "Hail, Lord Dragon. I just wanted to see if the legends of your hoard were true, they clearly do not do it justice" he said repectfully. "Gotta talk my way out of this one"

Mentally, Glimm grinned. So, this one was a flatterer, was he? Well, he would just see if he was worth letting go or not. "Hmph, Mine is merely an average hoard. Tell me, however, what is your name and where do you hail from, tiny one."

[Lakot]

"My name is Karuk and I hail from no paticular place, the world is my home" he said, continuing to bow.

Glimm snorted gently. He looked quite young compared to other adventureers that came around here... He decided to try and play off of that. "Hmm... rise so that I may clearly see you. You certainly seem far younger than most adventurers around here... Does mommy and daddy know that you are out this late?" he asked tauntingly.

[Lakot]

Karuk rose to his imposing four and half feet. "I must say I live life with no such restrictions, noble drake" he said, looking up into the dragons eyes.

The dragon lowered his head so that they were as close to eye to eye as they could be. "Hmph, I see... still, you had no permission to come into my den and inspect my treasure... and do not pull that 'wanted to see for myself' snot on me. I've heard it all before. Be honest and maybe I won't eat you."

[Lakot]

"Don't argue with something big enough to eat you" he thought. "You've seen through my veil of lies. I did indeed come here to take a meager porrrtion of your grand hoard to continue my own meager existence" his tail began to swish anxiously
