Appearance: Mayuka's a peppy, pale-skinned and energetic young girl. She loves to dress in comfortable, albeit very short dresses and run all over the place. She's not into sports so much as just doing things to spend her seemingly boundless energy. She never really *means* to get into much trouble,
History: Very little is known about Mayuka-chan. She was apparently found years ago as a semiferal stray in the woods, hunting small animals She knows little of her past, other than the fact that she was an only child, and her parents are no longer with her--obviously.. Since then she's been mostly civilized, though she tends to get rather...bestial when she's mad. She still hasn't figured out quite *why* she ended up there to begin with, though a perusal of early medical records does state that her father was a kitsunemimi, and her mother a full-blooded human. Unfortunately, that's about all that can be turned up.
Personality: Sweet, bubbly, sprightly, intelligent...but also rather clingy, needy, short-tempered, and possessive. Also prone to bouts of moodiness and depression...usually easily cured by just some cuddles and love. Because of her lack of a proper upbringing, with only a hastened attempt to fix it after being discovered, she also may tend to seem insensitive, ignorant or just plain STUPID. Mainly because she's not quite aware of the social nuances of day-to-day interaction. But she's trying her very best!
School: She missed out on elementary school, and is taking some remedial classes in middle school to make up for it.
Interests/Hobbies: Mayuka has an odd attraction to toys and games and clothes and items usually meant for those much younger than she is. She also loves mythology and storytelling. And sniffing people! And chewing on things!
Miscellaneous: Because she is half kitsunemimi, her traits are not external--but internal. Her fingernails tend to grow to sharp points, her teeth sharp and needle-like--and of course, she loves meat! She's also prone to glomping people and affectionately chewing those she likes. She also exhibits semiferal behaviors that haven't quite been conditioned out of her yet--she loves to sniff new things, chew on things, touch things she's unfamiliar with--often times she'll sniff someone before she even introduces herself. Many a time she's loudly declared what a person smells like and THEN given out her name.
