Peter narrowed his eyes at the kid. "Two minutes." He warned, and waited for exactly that before heading outside. Upon seeing the paddle on the ground, he picked it up and pulled out his cell, calling to get Neal's location. Once they told him where he was heading, Peter ran off in that direction to find the brat, planning to whack his ass good.

Neal didn't know where to run to, all he knew was that he didn't want to get spanked. He rushed inside the Bureau, sneaking inside and into the filing room because likely Peter wouldn't think to look for him there, plus Diana and Jones hadn't seen him so they couldn't tip him off.

He forgot about the tracking anklet though.

Peter got in his car and drove to the Bureau, paddle waiting in the passenger seat as he got out and walked inside. Immediately he ordered everyone to find Neal and take him to Peter's office, the elder man stalking off there and sitting down in his big chair, waiting for someone to bring the con man to his office.

Neal knew everyone was looking for him now, when he saw his angry Dad storm in. He shuddered but was then grabbed by Jones. "Daddy wants to see you, Neal." he told him and personally escorted Neal up to Peter's office. "Found yer son, sir." he told him.

The con man looked between the both of them, "And I thought we were friends." he frowned as Jones left and then looked to Peter. "....Hi."

Peter looked up as Jones brought Neal in. "Thank you." He said, watching Jones leave before he settled a dark, angry expression on Neal. "Hello." He indulged him, getting up and walking slowly over to him.

"You're getting ten from my belt, here. Then you're getting twenty from the paddle when we get home. Also, you're officially grounded and on bedtime punishment for two weeks." He growled.

"That's not even remotely fair." Neal answered when his Dad lined up his punishments in a neat little row. He stepped away from him when he came closer, "Besides I'm pretty sure Mom will talk ya out of it." he grinned, even if it was the wrong time to be grinning ...about anything really.

"And you can't ground me, I need to see Mozz tomorrow."

"I don't care if you think it's unfair. I decide what your punishments are." The elder man said firmly. At Neal's comment, he grabbed his shoulder and pulled him close, popping the grin right off his face.

"Yes. I can." He said grimly. "Mozz can wait and if you argue with me, you can be grounded all damn month."

Neal yelped at the pop to the mouth and turned a pitiful look on Peter, "Okay...sorry." he answered and then frowned when he told him he could be grounded all month if he argued with him. "Fine..." he answered sourly and looked around, "Do you have to belt me here? The walls are see through glass." he reminded him.

"Can't you punish me in private?"

Peter sighed at the pitiful look Neal gave him. "I know, bud." He said gently before getting really stern all over again. "Watch the attitude." He warned. "And yes, I do. I'll face your naughty little butt away from the walls if you want. Everyone knows you get spanked, anyways." Peter said, pointing to his desk. "Now, go. Bend over my desk."

Neal blushed a deep shade of red at that and sighed, "Fine." he answered with a huff and he headed over to his Dad's desk, putting his hands on it and pointing his butt out for the belt. Ten wasn't too bad, he just hoped he got to keep his pants up and somehow Peter's room was soundproof.
