Miss Thistle simply tutted and shook her head in response to Katie's request to keep her clothes have some privacy, though she continued to smile as she could see that this little girl had a lot to learn about how things were going to be from now on. Once she was beside the basin, Miss Thistle turned off the faucets and set two of the bottles down beside the wooden stool, pouring the contents of the one she held onto into the bath and swirling the water around, until a thick layer of bubbles rested upon the surface. Katie was taken back by the sight of the syringe. She, like most kids, didn't like needles. She was also taken back by the spanking comment. Hearing the girl nervously ask her what the syringe was for was rather amusing for the woman sat beside the bath, with Miss Thistle finding it especially cute when the teen attempted to excuse the naughty behaviour that had led her to being sent to Naughtyland in the first place. "Oh, that's for your little bummy dear" she said gently, pouring some water over Katies head before beginning to apply some lavender scented shampoo to it from one of the bottles at her feet, "all little girls here get special booster shots when they first arrive to help their bottoms get better faster after they've been spanked".

"And I heard there is a pool here... will I be allowed to swim in it?" She asked. All she knew about this place was that it was very controlling over girls.

"Oh yes" Miss Thistle said in response to Katie's first question, scooping up some more warm water from out of the basin and pouring it over the teens head to wash out the shampoo, "you're only a little girl after all, so it'll be up to your new Mommy and Daddy to make sure that you're bathed regularly". "I don't see any reason why not" she said brightly, proceeding to dry the petite girl in her lap with the towel as she spoke, "as long as you remember to be a good little girl and do everything your Mommy and Daddy says". Once Katie was completely dried off, Miss Thistle removed the towel from around the teen and turned her gently so that she was lying face down across her lap, with her pert little bare bottom pointing upwards in the perfect position for what she was about to do next. Katie felt absolutely awkward to be pulled out of the bathtub like that. It was even more awkward to be told that she wouldn't be able to bathe herself anymore. While sitting on her lap, she tried to cover her body more with the towel.
She was going to ask about her new parents, but was positioned over this woman's lap. She was nervous, she didn't think she was naughty! When she saw the syringe, she began to whimper softly. When it went in, she yelped and whined.

Watching the girl let out a little squeak in response to her booster shots caused Miss Thistle to let out a little smirk, setting the now empty syringe down and picking up the third and final bottle she'd pulled from the cabinet as Katie asked if it was over. "All done sweetie" she said gently, squeezing a cool looking gel from the bottle as she spoke, "I'll just get some lotion on your little baby buns then we can see about going to get you a cute little outfit to wear".
Bringing her palm down a little brisker than she probably needed to upon the teens left cheek, the woman proceeded to rub the soothing lotion all over her upturned bottom, knowing that aside from giving the girl some relief from her recent shots, it would also make her tush extra soft to ensure that her first bare bottom spanking from her new parents would be one she'd remember for a very long time.
