Peter didn't like embarrassing Neal, but humiliation was just part of the punishment. He watched Neal scurry over to his desk and then bend over the desk, pushing his ass out. Peter walked over slowly and undid his belt, setting it on his desk before taking Neal's pants and boxers, pushing them down to the ground. He grabbed his belt and curled it around his fist.

"Count." He ordered, whipping the belt down.

"Noo!" Neal whined, whirling on the spot to face Peter, "C'mon Dad, not bare...please not bare. Just not here...what if someone walks in...like someone with a case?" he asked, since that had happened before. "Please, can't we do this in the bathroom or at home in my room...please?" he begged, ignoring the bit about counting.

Peter sighed deeply. "Yes, bare, Neal." He said, taking Neal's shoulder and giving it a squeeze. "No one will walk in. I promise." Peter said seriously, looking Neal in the eyes. "No. Now bend back over or I'll give you extra." He said, tone sad.

Neal whined a lot like a child and a puppy before turning round and bending back over the desk, closing his eyes to avoid any looks from other agents, since he was facing them directly. He could see them all laughing at him, making fun of him. Neal put his head down and sighed. "Sorry Dad..."

Peter looked up and gave all the agents laughing a stern look, fixing dark stares on them until they sheepishly continued on their way. He put his hand on Neal's lower back and patted his cheeks. "I know, buddy. Now count em out nice and loud." He ordered, smacking the belt down once.

Neal nodded his head, swallowing hard and gripping the desk tightly. When the belt came down he whimpered and cried out in pain, "Ah....o-one..." he answered and groaned when he heard another chorus of laughter coming from some of the newer agents who didn't know Neal very well.

Peter soothingly rubbed Neal's back for him. "It'll be okay, Neal." Peter said gently. "We can leave as soon as we're done." He said, patting his bottom and nodding. "Good boy." He praised at the count, whipping the belt down on his bottom three more times quickly,

Neal didn't know what was worse, the loud laughing or the searing burn of the belt. "I'm still gonna get picked on for this now, every damn day at the bureau." he answered sadly and whimpered, yelping and trying not to dance around. "Two! Three! Four!" he whined and hung his bright red face when some of the agents began recording the punishment with their smart phones.

"No. They wont pick on you." Peter said firmly, glaring at the audience before he whipped down the belt. "Doin'... good..." He trailed off as he saw one of the agents recording Neal, and he practically saw red. "Be right back, babe." He said, storming out of his office and holding his hand out to the agent. "I'll be confiscating that." He growled sternly, and took the phone. "Now all of you, go do your Goddamn jobs! This aint a show!" Peter thundered, waiting for everyone to scurry before going back in. "You okay, Neal?" He asked the kid. "You're halfway done, y'know."

"OWW! Five! S-Some of em already pick on me cause you adopted me and all." Neal answered truthfully and looked up, frowning when Peter said he was going to be right back, holding a murderous expression on his face. He watched as he confiscated the phone and told them all to basically stop watching. Neal looked up at Peter, "Thanks Dad...and yea...I know..." he answered softly.
