The teens question caused the woman to laugh with great amusement, finishing off rubbing in the last of the lotion before wrapping an arm around the girls waist and standing up, leaving her to hang helplessly beneath her arm as Miss Thistle stood up from the stool, all the while continuing to look down fondly at Katie's round little bare bottom. "Aww, I'm afraid not little girl" she said, tenderly patting the girls bare bum as she carried her over to the door on the other end of the bathroom, "you've been a naughty little girl after all, and naughty little girls like you need plenty of spankings to remind them to be on their best behaviour".

Opening the single door at the other end of the bathroom, Miss Thistle opened it up and walked into what looked like a dressing room in a particularly high end clothing store, with various wardrobes and drawers lining the walls, and a full-length mirror at the other end of the room that sat opposite an especially large looking changing unit that the woman carried Katie over to and set her down upon. "Now you just stay right there whilst I go find you some proper clothes" Miss Thistle said, giving the girls nose a playful prod before beginning to look through the wardrobes and drawers for what she considered the perfect ensemble for her.

Katie pouted when denied a spank free life. It was embarrassing to be held by one hand. She didn't think she was that small. Maybe Miss Thistle was rather strong. Her legs and arms hung and her bottom and chest hung out of the towel while being carried. She tried hard to hide both areas the best she could. When she was sat down, she sucessfully covered herself with the towel again. She watched as the woman looked through clothing and gulped.
The room was painted pink, and the wardrobes and drawers were all white and ornate with flowers. On the wall were posters of child models posing for advertisements for Naughtyland. They looked too happy to be kids here. They were dressed in pigtails and bows with dresses that had laces on the hems and frills up in it. Katie had a feeling she would be dressed like it.
"Will I have a bra at least?" She asked.

Katie's question was soon answered when Miss Thistle returned with a pair of pale blue panties with a frilly light pink trim that were decorated in smiling teddy bears, as well as a matching bra that she fastened around the girls chest before lying her on her back and lifting her legs up, allowing her to easily slip the teens new panties onto her feet and up her legs, smiling with satisfaction as she saw how snuggly the undies fitted around the teens round little bum.

She then followed that up with a frilly little baby blue dress with short puffy sleeves, that she expertly pulled onto the teen after lifting her arms up to make the process easier. However, even when fully flattened down, the hem of the dress only barely covered Katie's upper thighs, meaning it would not take much to expose her little panty-seat to whoever might be standing behind her at the time.

Finally, Miss Thistle finished off the outfit with a pair of knee-length white socks and two neatly polished black Mary-Jane shoes, with the final touch being a blue ribbon that she used to tie the girls light blonde hair into a neat pony-tail. "There we are" she said, lifting the teen off the changing unit so that she could have a chance to inspect herself in the full-length mirror, "don't you look cute, oh I'm sure you're Mommy will be very pleased indeed when she sees you for the first time".

Katie felt humiliated. She was on ththe table like a baby! And now she was dressed like a baby. If her old friends saw her now, they would never live it down. However, this was her life now and she could do nothing about it. Instead she tried to make distractions for herself.
"What are my new parents like?" She asked. The judge said nothing about them except they had had several children before. She also knew that she would be their only child, which was good because she didn't like the idea of being spanked in front of another girl her age or sharing a room. But she also didn't like the idea of having all the attention on her. Would they be mean or nice? She hoped they were nice.
She also wondered if they would baby her like this woman had been. Katie wanted to have at least a little dignity still while being here. She wasn't a baby and didn't want to be treated like one. She wanted someone who would seriously answer her questions and take her seriously

With everything having been taken care of, Miss Thistle took Katie by the hand once again, and guided her over to yet another door beside the full-length mirror in the changing unit. Opening it up to reveal what looked like the front room of an old fashioned post office, with the front window looking out onto a street that closely resembled that of a typical small American town from the 1950's. "Don't worry sweetie" she said, patting the girls head as another smartly dressed postman walked in off the street, causing a small 'ding' to chime out through the room, "you'll find out soon enough".

Upon seeing Miss Thistle and the girl by her side, the postman beamed and walked over to them, giving Katie's head a few affectionate pats of his own. "Well hello there" he said happily, "you must be Katie, you certainly are a little cutie aren't you, my name's Mr Peach and I'm going to be delivering you to your Mommy and Daddy today".

Smiling as she watched the postman interact with the girl, Miss Thistle knew that her job was over, and it was finally time to send this little one on her way. "Alright dear" she said, giving the seat of the girls dress a playful pat as she spoke, "you be a good little girl and go with Mr Peach, he'll take good care of you and have you delivered to your new home safe and sound".

"Hello Mr. Peach" Katie said nervously. She hoped maybe he would tell her what to expect of this little place. However when Miss Thistle said she would be delivered now, she was visibly upset.
"What about my belongings? My books and diary? And my other stuff?" She asked. She didn't want her belongings to be gone. That would only leave her left with her locket left of her past life. She didn't want to start this new life without them.
"Please, Miss Thistle. Those things mean a lot to me" she said.

"All of your things are waiting for you at your Mommy and Daddy's house" Miss Thistle said kindly, giving Katie's head another few gentle pats as she spoke, whilst doing her best not to mess up the teens neat hair, "I had them delivered for you whilst we were getting you ready, so they'll be waiting for you at your new home".

Giving the girl one more fond smile, the woman turned and walked back through the door she and Katie had come from, leaving the teen alone in the front room with the postman. "Come on little'n" Mr Peach said, taking the girl by the hand and leading her over to the door that led out onto the street, "let's get you home, your Mommy and Daddy are probably wondering where you are".

Guiding Katie out of the post office and over to a mint green old fashioned looking car that was parked directly outside, whereupon he opened the passenger door for the girl to get inside before walking round to the drivers side to get in himself, starting up the engine and pulling out as he began to drive them through the brightly coloured streets as other park workers and girls could be see going about their business.

Katie enjoyed the sights of her new home at least. There werw flowers and trees and it wasn't as dirty as it was in New York City. It looked like all the hometowns of characters off TV. She didn't mind that. As a kid, she always wanted that kind of life style, that kind of family. But now as a teenager who knew better, she knew it came with a price.
"So... you are like the stork, huh? Why don't you have a stork painted on your car?" She asked, trying to make light conversation. She liked the color of the car, green had always been her favorite, especially mint green.
"How come they only take in girls at Naughtyland and not boys? Why did people think this was a fun idea?" She asked Mr. Peach, bombarding the man with questions

As he continued to drive them through the picturesque streets of Naughtyland, Mr Peach occasionally looked over at the young girl sitting beside him, chuckling a little as she shot off several rapid-fire questions for him to answer just like any other curious little girl would. "Well, I suppose you could say that little girls like you respond better to this form of discipline" he said in response to Katie asking why there were no boys in the park, as he drove the car into a quiet looking suburb with a sign outside that read 'Welcome to Red Valley', "and besides, little girls are much cuter than little boys anyway, especially when they're over their Mommy or Daddy's lap with the bare bums on show".

After another minute or two of driving, the postman eventually pulled outside a retro-looking two storey suburban home, complete with an attached garage, a white picket fence around the front lawn and a stone path that stretched from the wooden gate attached to the fence up to the front door of the house. "Alright kiddo" Mr Peach said, getting out of the car and walking round it to open up the passenger side door as he spoke, "we're finally here, say hello to your new home".

Katie didn't like the answer to her question, at least the part he had added to it. She didn't think it was cute to be over someone's lap. She definitely didn't think it was cute to be spanked by someone, especially with their bare bottom out. She was new here and didn't know the customs yet, and that scared her a little.
She stepped out of the car and looked at the house. It was just like the ones on TV! Flower bushes in front of the house, a porch with rocking chairs and a radio, and even a handpainted mailbox just for them. She read the last name on the mailbox and panicked.
"Mr. Peach, I know they keep telling me they will like me no matter what, but what if they don't? They are supposed to be my new family for until I age out of the system, but what if they don't want that? What will happen if they get tired of me and don't want me anymore?" She asked. She didn't like all the weird things involved in being apart of this family, but it was family none the less.
