I've changed my answer from no to yes. Originally, I was thinking about formal OTK spankings. Presently, I can't remember ever getting to see a formal OTK spanking as an observer, as opposed to being one of the participants. I came close to seeing one occasionally. I'd forgotten about some lesser events. They weren't formal OTK punishments, and they didn't last very long, but they definitely count as spankings.

I can remember seeing two impromptu bare-rear spankings and one pants-up spanking. These spankings were the on-the-spot, "you're getting it right now", kind of thing. My own parents mostly used regular OTK punishments, but there were a few strappings in other positions.

Later on, when I administered strappings, I used the OTK position a few times, but the kneeling strapping position was better.
