Default Monoprice Tablet Issue

Hiyas, help would be totally appreciated if you can offer it.

So, I've got a Monoprice tablet, and it works great for the most part, except for the fact that, on my laptop with Windows 8.1, after it works flawlessly for 5 - 45 minutes or so, it seems as though the driver for it (UCLogic, which I believe offers drivers for multiple brands of tablets) randomly breaks, and suddenly, the cursor disappears, and the tablet ceases to function. Upon being plugged in, the tablet doesn't detect pressure anymore. To clarify, it's pressure sensitivity instantly goes from working perfectly to being non-existent.

The reason I suspect it's a driver/service issue is because upon rebooting the computer, it'll work just fine again, for another 5 to 45 minutes, before it all breaks down again. On my desktop running Windows 7, the same driver is installed, and has no issues whatsoever.

I know of a similar issue with Wacom tablets in which you can reset the pressure WITHOUT resetting the computer by resetting a service. However, looking through the services running on my computer, I don't seem to be anything pertaining to Monoprice, UCLogic, or tablets at all. I can find the driver, which I can disable and then re-enable, though, this doesn't bring back pressure sensitivity. So, IS there a service for it that anyone knows of, or am I just really dumb and missing it repeatedly.

I've searched the internet and haven't found a solid answer yet, so, any help would be appreciated, and rewarded with free hugs for life, and possibly cookies.

Heya~ I've got a monoprice tablet as well, and I had a similar issue, until I installed a generic tablet driver, rather than the one that came bundled with it.

Though I'm on windows 7, and that might be a factor.
