Rodrigo is a boy- who shares the Powerpuff Girls and the Rowdyruff Boys's powers as well,for he was exposed to Chemical X by accident when Mojo Jojo stole some of it and was beaten by the girls!

The exposure was enough to change him forever-his aging slowed,and he soon found himself with super powers!

Like Blossom,Rodrigo's intelligence grew a lot due to his exposure to the Chemical X.He is a transfer student on Pokey Oaks Kindergarten.

Blossom is happy that he seems as smart as she is,but also sees she has an rival at school,for both of them seem equal in grades at kindergarten! Still,she and him begin get close,as she notices he doesn't seem to have friends.

Rodrigo himself seems to keep his distance from the others.....

If kids invite him to play,he says "Huh,go without me.The team I join'll lose anyway..."

If they invite to go for a walk,he'll say he has to study,or has a book he wants to read.It is obvious he deliberately pushed the others away!

But the day Blossom decided to confront him with it,Townsville was attacked by a monster!

And when the girls arrived,they were shocked to see the monster being sent through a empty building!

And a boy Blossom knew well had sent the punch that sent the monster flying....Rodrigo himself!

"Behave yourself,and go back to your home." Rodrigo told the monster."We both know you can't beat me....hear it?And I'm tired of this senseless fighting...so why don't you give up?" he asked.

Blossom was surprised, she had never known that Rodrigo was so powerful which is why instead of bossing her sisters around with a plan she stood back to watch as the monster charged at him again.

Rodrigo easly dodged the charge,but had enough of this!

He grabbed the monster by the tail and actually swung him around for a while,before throwing the monster far away from Townsville!

"I told you,you can't beat me." Rodrigo said,though the monster couldn't hear him.

He soon landed them,hoping he didn't attract too much attention to himself and his powers.

Rodrigo gasped."Blossom!What are you doing here?It's dangerous here,there might be more of those monsters."

He obviously was new there,and didn't know Blossom had powers like him!

"Yeah,it was....got me all dirty!Anyway,I took a bath,went to sleep,and woke up with those powers..." Rodrigo said.
