Gunpla: Since the discover of the mysterious Plavsky Particles, which interacts with the plastic material used in making Gundam Models, almost magically bringing them to life, the sport that is Gunpla Battle has taken the world by storm. And at the heart of this storm is Tokyo, Japan, the Gunpla Battle Capital of the World. Almost every school in Tokyo has a Gunpla Battle club. And Akari Kusanagi eighteen years old, is captain of one such club at her school. She is an extremely skilled Gunpla fighter, avid Gunpla Builder and Gundam Otaku. She is extremely passionate in Gunpla and dreams of becoming a professional Gunpla Fighter. She was also a very reputable student, excelling in her class, not letting her obsession and passion with Gunpla overtaking her studies.

She waits at the Tokyo International Airport for a foreign exchange student her family have opted to take in. She holds up a sign with the boy's name in english: Rodrigo. She's seen pictures of him and thought he looked cute and couldn't wait to start treating like a younger brother. She wonders if he is also into gunpla which would be great. A plane arrives from America, and foreigners and returning locals alike come pouring out from the terminal. She tries to keep her eyes on the look out for the boy.

The boy yawned on his seat.

"Young man?"

"Hmm...?" Rodrigo asked,opening his little eyes softly.

"We already landed for a while.You seem to have been sleeping." the flight attendant said,smiling.

Rodrigo gasped."Oh man!I'm late,I'm late!" he said,grabbing his things and rushing outside,luckly the plane waited for him to leave.

Akari blinked when she didn't see the boy in the crowd and wondered if she had missed him... or perhaps it was the wrong flight? No she specifically was told this was his flight. Once all the passengers left, she wondered if he missed his flight. But then he saw him come darting out from the terminal and she smiles relieved and waves him down. "Over here!" she called to him.

OOC: Ah I see. Also I don't mean to put pressure on you but could you be more descriptive in your posts? I didn't know he had his luggage on him. I'm not asking for paragraphs, just a little more description. I know you do a ton of RPs with people who one lines so understand if you're use to one lining. I just enjoy a little bit more meat. I know I should have mentioned this before we start so I apologize for telling you after the fact. >_>

Akari nods looking at his only luggage. "Alright then let's get going then." she takes his hand and they leave the airport. They take the bus and ride through downtown and into the suburbs of Tokyo, giving him quite the sights. He would see a few Gunpla advertisements posted throughout the city.

Akari blinked when he asked what Gunpla was. I guess it's not as well known in the states as it is here. "Gunpla is awesome! I don't even where to begin to explain it. Let's just say we build gundam models and battle with them." she reaches into her bag and pulls out her Gunpla; a Sazabi custom. "This is my Gunpla. I have many more at home."
