A Vampire's Punishment (for Roseyreaping12)
At age of twenty four, Annva - most known among the Skyrim folk as the Dragonborn or Dovahkiin - had lived through a lot of things. Only one year ago, she had been captured by the Empire as a criminal - it was a mistake. She was at the wrong place at the wrong time and people mistook her as a rebel - and almost executed, but saved by a dragon attack on Helgen. Then she'd set off in a journey to kill a dragon god whose fate was to swallow the world, then faced Alduin himself at Sovngarde and killed the World-Eater. And now here she was, solving some stupid puzzle in an ancient Vampiric ruin in order to retrieve an old artifact.
Now here she was, standing close to a small button. She wa afraid to touch it, knowing it would want her blood, but had no choice. So Annva made a decision when she slowly put her hand on the button, only for it to be stabbed by a fang-like sharp metal rod which drew blood from her. The effects were immediate. The entire cave trembled as a coffin magically erupted from the ground, revealing only the body of a young woman inside it at first. Was she...?

Serena laid there a comatose for a few seconds before she opened her eyes not quite believing she was out of that damn coffin as she looked about the slightly shaken up cave and and blinked a few times "finally I'm out of that damned box" she said sitting on the edge of it before seeing the other woman "who are you?" She asked with a tilt of her head shoulder length dark hair sliding with the motion red eyes looking at her with interest as she stepped entirely out of the box.
She could smell the blood slightly from the prick but left it alone for the time being "where am I?" She added she had a tone about her as she looked at the warrior woman.

Annva stepped back and immediately half-drew her sword. She wasn't expecting to find someone locked in the massive cave which was Dimhollow Crypt. But the mysterious woman, regardless of who she was, didn't attack on sight and actually spoke to her, so Annva at least knew she wasn't in immediate danger. Slowly sheathing her blade once more, the blonde Nord woman stayed a few steps away from her as she finally decided to reply, though her apprehensive position didn't hide her tension.
"Name is Annva." She told her, trying not to give in any tension with her voice. "This is Dimhollow Crypt. Are you a... vampire?" As she asked that, Annva used a healing spell to cure her bleeding hand. Actually she was surprised that the woman - whose pale skin and uncommonly colored eyes betrayed her in showing her as a vampire - didn't attack her immediately, like vampires would usually do.

Serena smiled "maybe maybe not" she said as she noticed the other woman draw her sword half way "jumpy are we?" She said as she locked red eyes with the other woman's as she slowly looked around as she wondered around the cave "good I can't wait to get some fresh air. Not that fond to see the sun, but the fresh air though" she said not bothering to answer the woman's questions she didn't appear dim to the vampire.
"Why did you come here" she asked Annva not feeling threatened if anything just tired of being in this damned cave she had been asleep for awhile and was starving the blond looked yummy but she wasn't about to attack the person hat had freed her from her sleep filled prison.

"The Dawnguard sent me here because of the high amount of vampires spotted nearby this cave for the last days." Annva told her. Despite the fact that she had released her sword, she was ready to release a Shout as soon as the mysterious vampire before her did a move - which never came, to Annva's relief. She had killed hundreds of vampires in her life, but this one seemed different. She didn't look feral like the others, her human side clearly had control on her vampire instincts. Despite not knowing what was going on, she decided not to seem hostile. "Though we thought they were looking for an artifact, not a person."
As she said that, the Dragonborn looked curiously at the large object at the woman's back. She could recognize it as an Elder Scroll immediately, since Annva herself had already owned one of such objects- though it was now property of the College of Winterhold. "Is that... An Elder Scroll?" She asked in a curious tone. "Not the most common sight, especially in a cave full of vampires. How long have you been in that coffin?"

Serena looked at her back where her elder scroll laid (she's aware of those right I'm a keep going) she shrugged "I dont know maybe" she said plainly as she stepped back from the other woman "and far to damned long (is Serena younger or older then annva neither bothers me of course). "Look thank you for releasing me from that" she said with a snide tone not feeling very fond of being locked up physically or otherwise she walked in a circle as she thought of her location "oh my Lord I'm so far from home how the hell did I get here" she asked feeling annoyed she already just woke up in a place far away from her home.
"Ugh" she groaned thinking about traveling made her want to just go back to her sleeping state at least then she was gladly oblivious as she sinched up her dress in the back ready to set off towards home when she looked to the vampire Hunter "so vampire Hunter huh why have you not struck me down" she asked her black hair tilting to the side.

(Yes, and Serana is technically older due to the millennia in the coffin, but I think she both looks and acts like at 20 or a teenager sometimes)
"Don't be afraid, I won't try to take it from you." Annva reassured her. She watched as the vampire walked in circles for a few moments before letting out a complain about her immortal life. The Dragonborn wondered if it would be wise to ask her who locked her in that coffin, but decided to let this question go by now. Instead, she focused on trying to think about what to do - should she attack? But no, the woman wasn't a threat, even though she was a vampire. Then she was surprised when the vampire asked her if she wasn't going to kill her.
"I am not going to kill you. You've not tried to kill me, so we are on good terms so far" Annva told her, though she wasn't sure from where that generosity had come from. Deciding to just go on with it, however, the vampire hunter continued: "Maybe thousands of years ago not presenting yourself was considered a normal thing, but nowadays people may find it to be an extremely rude thing, you know." The Dragonborn said, since the woman hadn't said her name yet. "And what is that about wanting to go home? Where do... Did... You live?"

Serena raised her eyebrow at the slight scolding and made a slightly annoyed face not sure how much she truly wanted to tell Anna yet as she looked to her "well thank you for not killing me then" she told her she was at least going to be polite about that but refused to answer either of the other to questions but gave a few vague remarks.
The woman had freed her and hadn't killed her so she would do the same and not attack her she might be a bit rude but in her time you at least thanked a person who saved you even though it annoyed her she needed saving "I live far from here that is all that matters" she said with a over dramatic huff as she looked for the entrance of the cave to try and start to make her way home.
(Serena is aware she hates her father right?)

"Well, then I'm going to simply call you Arthur." Annva informed her with a roll of her eyes. "And you're welcome, by the way." As she watched 'Arthur' walk around the large cave in search for the exit, Annva spoke again: "Good luck looking for an exit since the one I came from closed after I entered this chamber. Just follow me if you want, there must be a secret one around here"
As Shen spoke, Annva was already looking around for another way out. Once she found it, she turned back to Serana and spoke. "Why you keep acting like that? It's not like telling me these things is goons get you killed." The Dragonborn sighed, then walked across one of the small stone bridges which allowed passage over the dark abyss between the other side and the place Serana had been locked away.
(Serana is aware that her father is an asshole, but her 'war' with him begins when she gets back home)
