Disney Princesses turned badass (for crooked)

In the infinite empty swirling mass that was the dimension between the dimensions floated a large craft of sorts, which seemed to be just idling in the vast space of empty dimension.

On the control deck of the craft was its single occupant, sat behind the main controls with her boots up on the edge of the console.

The young woman who looked to be in her late teens or early twenties, sported a lean figure that was evident by the tight clothing she wore, the green long leg pants that went below the heavy set, military styled, grey boots that went up to just below her knees, with her right one having a metal cap over her knee and a twelve inch combat blade in a sheath on its side.

She wore a jacket which was a lighter shade of green than her pants but had metal guards on her upper arms and forearms, and over her right arm was what looked to be a highly advanced piece of technical equipment in the form of a wristband with three touchscreens.

Under her jacket, she wore only a shortcut top that showed a fair amount of her modest cleavage as well as her tones stomach.

Her hair was a mess, just long enough to touch her shoulders and mostly black, with neon blue streaks running through it along with a pair of technical looking goggles that were being used as a headband, the eyes of which were giving off a matching neon blue light.

This young woman’s name was Katlina Avery, or as those in her profession or in need of her know her better as “the Huntress”. She was a professional interdimensional bounty hunter who, by the age of just twenty-two had a reputation for being the best at doing what she did.

She had amassed her own little fortune over the four years she had been in business with her tech to aid her, she could actually retire whenever she wanted to settle down in any dimension, but she enjoyed the job and all its perks.

Currently, she scowling as she looked over the latest reports that had come in, something was seriously wrong in her opinion, everywhere she looked she came across reports of male bounty hunters coming out on top, not one other bounty hunter out there was female, it was something that pissed her off big time.

She wanted a rival in her specialty, but she couldn't have one because no woman wanted to take on the profession, why? The reason seemed obvious to her, they were all brainwashed, movies and shows from their childhood making them believe that they had to rely on men to do everything for them, the Disney princess movies were the worst of them all, women made out to be fragile little things that needed a man to come around and save their pathetic hides. It made them believe that their lives would be perfect if they just found their prince charming and then stayed home and did nothing, it made her sick.

"men" Katlina spat in disgust, "what good has a man ever done any woman, those bitches need some sense beaten into them" she said before grinning, "and I'm just the woman to do it" she said as she cleared her screen and loaded up a list of all the Disney princess movies that had been published in order of their published dates.

"I'm going to turn each of these whiny little skanks into proper badass, kick ass, bitches, even if it means I have to thrash their asses for a whole year, and give the women and young girls of the dimensions real role models that they can grow up respecting" Katlina grinned, "now lets see, who's ass should I hunt first" she said and looked to the top of the list, "hmm, Snow White, perfect," she said as she stood up and with a few taps of her wrist screen a portal opened up, a swirling white and blue doorway that seemed to cut through the air to her left.

Katlina grinned pulled her goggles down over her eyes, "look out Bitch, the Huntress is coming for you" she grinned before she stepped into the swirling vortex which shut behind her.

‘Fragile.’ Perhaps there was only one better word to describe the young, expelled Princess of the Evil Queen’s vast kingdom; beautiful. The magic mirror spoke only truth when it titled her ‘fairest in the land;’ her pale skin matching her namesake, lips as red as rubies, and soft, doe-like eyes. The lovely Snow White lived not in a castle, though, but was holed up in a small cottage, hidden far into the woods west of the Queen’s castle. A small house unfit for the thirteen residents who lived there; though the other twelve were busy in the diamond mines by this hour of the afternoon. Snow herself was busy preparing dinners for the hard-working dwarves.

“Now let’s see…” With an open book in front of her, turned to a page containing a recipe titled “GOOSEBERRY PIE,” Snow hummed a quaint little tune to herself. Her head and black curls bobbed along to the beat of her own song, a variety of ingredients splayed out in front of her as well as a cutting board, rolling pin, and a couple of dulled knives. But Snow wasn’t alone; her humming had drawn quite the audience.

Deer’s heads poked through the window, while gerbils and field mice squeaked in unison with her humming. “Two cups of white sugar!” On cue, two blue-jays flew in through the window, their long tails dipping into an open bowl of the sweet stuff and scooping out the desired amount before depositing it into a mixing bowl. “Two tablespoons of milk!” Two mice struggled to heave over a teapot and add a little splash to the ingredients. “A half teaspoon of salt…” a robin held the shaker in the air while a buck used it’s impressive horns to pop off the cap, then letting just enough of the salt to pour into the mix.

“And finally,” Snow cooed to herself, “Three cups of fresh, lovely gooseberries!” And she’d do the honors, taking up her last of the ingredients and pouring the berries into the bowl in a rhythmic pattern, a joyful tune whistling on her lips while she did so. “That’s it! Now, for the crust-”

Without having to move an inch, a ring of small, brown birds flew in with a doughy crust and laid it to perfect shape inside the open baking pan. Snow blinked with surprise. “Oh! You didn’t have to do all that!” She assured her feathered friends, but the head of the flock spun in the air and flew right up to her nose, chirping cheerfully as if to say ‘no worries!’

“Ohhh, you’re too sweet…” Snow shook her head, lifting up her finger to give the bird a place to perch. Her high-pitched voice was like the pies she baked; sweet, nurturing, delivered with loving care. She gave her little bird assistant a kiss on the head before letting it flutter off with it’s flock. “Thank you all, for the help! I suppose I should get started on laundry, now… although-” As she stepped back, Snow would find her feet crowded by hungry rabbits, all waiting patiently behind her for a crumb or fallen morsel to scoop up. “Ah!” She was at first startled, though then put her hands on her hip and shook her head.

“Alright… I suppose I can go see if the dwarves have any treats for you…” She mused aloud, to which all the viewing animals perked awake with interest.

Stepping out into the clearing from her portal Katlina surveyed the area, her goggles taking note of everything in her surroundings as she moved forward as her goggles detected the heat signatures ahead of her, she paused in the bushes just shy of the Cottage and watched the scene unfold

"and this is what girls have to model themselves after," Katlina thought to herself as she watched the scene unfold in front of her, "a pansy little princess running from her evil step mother, hiding out and singing a jolly little tune as she waits to be rescued by her prince oh give me a break"

Having seen enough Katlina lifted her goggles up and stepped from the bushes and out into the clearing approaching the house, walking with purpose as she cracked her neck, she was going to see to it that this girl grew some backbone even if she had to beat it into her, which she would happily do

She watched as the animals scampered off and she grinned reaching the door, "And let the hunt begin" she thought to herself as she raised her fist and knocked on the door five times, hard.

Hmm… a single carrot. This would do nicely as a little treat for the rabbit family. Sauntering back into her kitchen workspace, Snow laid the orange vegetable down along her cutting board and took up one of her knives, not having noticed the absence of her deer friends… but certainly hearing the sudden knock against the door.

Her hand froze in the air. Her humming stopped on a dime. Snow’s eyes surveyed the empty kitchen, looking cautiously to the bunny visitors, whose ears perked up at the sound. Was that…?

“Hm.” Snow mumbled, “It is awfully early for the dwarves to be back. Oh, maybe they forgot something-” As she started for the door, an insistent bluejay grabbed hold of her dress’s sleeves and pulled back with all it’s tiny might. Snow paused, looking over her shoulder at the little bird with a worried, confused expression. “Oh, now, what’s this all about?” She asked, but the bluejay merely spun in the air and chirped worriedly.

Snow wasn’t totally clueless; by now, she was beginning to take a hint. The dwarves would help themselves inside. If perhaps this was a servant of the Evil Queen… she’d hate to leave someone hanging, but for her own safety, she left the door unattended. For now. If someone really needed her, they’d knock twice. Still, Snow couldn’t fight off the ominous feeling creeping down her spine...

When the door wasn't opened after several moments after she had knocked Katlina smirked "Guess she's not as dumb as I thought" she said as she stepped back, "doesn't mean she's not going to get an ass blistering though" she added before stepping forward as she raised her leg and with a strong flat kick forced the door open before she ducked and stepped inside he eyes immediately going to the princess with a sadistic grin.

"It's not nice to keep a lady waiting girl, especially when they came all this way looking for you" Katlina grinned

Snow’s hand gently pushed back the blue-breasted bird, who poutily dropped her sleeve and buzzed off nearby. Both her, the bird’s, and the bunnies’ eyes all fixed themselves to the door, none daring take a breath in hopes that the strange afternoon visitor would leave them be… and they waited for what felt like hours, but what was really only seconds. Minutes. And then…

“Ah!” Snow stumbled back, the rabbits scurrying around her feet. Out stepped a woman unlike anything she had seen before; clothes foreign to her era and hair, a color she had never known a human to even have. The bird squawked with surprise and didn’t dare hang around another second, turning and diving out the nearby open window while the rabbits cowered behind Snow’s legs, only the bravest few poking their heads out every so often.

Her legs trembling beneath her, Snow took a deep breath and stammered “O-Oh! S-so sorry, miss, I…” The warm comfort of the rabbits left her feet, and Snow shot a glance over her shoulder to see them directing each other towards the back-exit of the house. “Ah, I…” Snow practically inched her feet backwards as she spoke. “Can I… help you, with something...?”

Katlina grinned sadisticly as she saw the princess begin to inch backwards from her, “oh by all means princess try to run, it will make this all the more enjoyable for me and give me even more reason to give you the thrashing you so richly deserve my dear” she said with a grin, “you’ve already pissed me off by just being you, give me more reasons to thrash you” she said as she stepped forward expecting the princess to bold for it and for the chase to begin

'Princess?' 'Thrashing?!' 'Deserve?!' Snow didn't know who this woman was, but those cue words alone were enough to tell her 'danger!' Whether this was an unlikely ally of her evil step-mother or just some lone mercenary out to get her, Snow didn't bother finding the time to ask. "M-Me? Y-you must be mistaken!" Snow White shakily assured, her hands up defensively in front of her. The backdoor squeaked on it's hinges as the rabbits made their escape... with one staying behind to beckon to Snow to join them.

Snow looked over her shoulder just in time to see the call. She didn't have to be told twice. "Ah..." She softly looked away... her chances outrunning this fierce woman were slim, but the forest was her advantage. Steeling herself, Snow turned around and took off without another word. Rounding the corner of the dwarves' house, she followed quickly by the friendly bunny and escaped into the open air of the outdoors. Thinking fast, the rabbit slammed the door shut and followed after her, turning to a hidden path it's family had taken.

Katlina grinned widely as she saw the princess begin to run, "and so it begins, good" she said as she walked after her, opening the door as she stepped out and looked in the direction that she heard movement and smirked, "you can't out run the huntress" she said and flexed her wrist, as she did so the screen on her Wrist flashed and the world around her went grey and still as time was frozen.

looking around Katlina grinned, "you can't escape now" she smirked and began to walk in the direction Snow White had went, it didn't take her any time at all to find her and then pass her Positioning herself thirty yards or so ahead of her as she flexed her wrist again and time resumed as she crossed her arms.

"Going somewhere" Katlina smirked sadistically at the princess, "please keep running, the longer this chase goes on the worse it will be for you princess"

The freezing of time was like the blink of an eye to Snow White, not she nor the creatures of the forest even realizing they had been briefly frozen. Snow looked to her animal friends as she ran, daintily rising her skirt from the forest ground. "Oh, no, oh, no, oh, no!" She spoke to them, to which the rabbits by her side nervously squeaked back. "Who is this woman? And what ever can I do?!"

That answer was abruptly delivered, because whomever this stranger was, she was obviously well-versed in magic. Were it possible, Snow's skin turned even paler while she stopped dead in her tracks, seeing she had suddenly materialized in front of her without Snow having even seen her moved. "How...?" She stuttered, but didn't dare continue, then turning and cutting through to a different part of the woods.

One with bumpy, uneven terrain, tree limbs blocking the path and spider-webs crossed along the branches. It was a risk, but Snow was desperate.
