Panam winced at that playful slap. She and V had secluded several times, but there was never much privacy at the camp, that evening the Aldecaldos had gathered to drink around the fire and she and the mercenary had every intention of having a fantastic fuck.

In Night City, meanwhile, holed up in an air duct in one of the Tiger Claws bases, Judy frantically typed a message.

she wrote, before trying to call her friend again.

V would see the calls kept coming along with a text as he glanced up at Panam and sighed with one last spank to her perky tanned peach of her ass. "I ain't this big in the merc business to be getting that many calls from different people." He told her and finally looked at his phone. She sighed while keeping her jealousy at bay, she knew that to V, Judy was a good friend and she was also the only female friendship she knew, she could give it to him.

"V! Thank God you answered," the girl's voice was low, but she was obviously nervous and frightened. "Listen, I'll make it short, I need help. I was following the trail of a BD snuff dealer, disgusting stuff, and I found a Tiger Claws warehouse, it must have been empty but... well, they came with their own cargo while I was downloading the data and they caught me, I managed to hide, but they are looking for me!", in the background V could hear angry screams and gunshots, perhaps to scare the girl and drive her out. It was definitely something important.

"I thought you were planning to get out of town soon Judy?" He asked quietly but could hear everything going on in the background with a groan he'd nod and give Panam a squeeze of her perky ass.

"I'll be right there, just stay out of sight, and if you can hack something to distract them go ahead and buy me some time. Text me the location." He told her and then hung up. "You wanna drive, or avoid this and I'll take care of it?" He asked figuring either she'd be wanting in to help or too upset to want to bother.

"Yeah, I'll keep them busy, thanks V," Judy's tone was very relieved as she hung up.

Panam got up and started dressing when she realized the situation was serious. "I'm driving, so I have your back", the girl replied, while her lower back disappeared in a pair of jeans. "It's lucky for the girl that we're still in the Badlands," she said, taking her rifle and getting into the four-wheeler, with hers they could have easily broken through a gate if necessary. "Do you want to go stealth or do we go in, throw a couple of bombs and blow up some Claws?", She asked, while the position of a warehouse arrived on V's cellphone, about ten minutes from there, if panam crushed the accelerator

V would start getting dressed as he looked over Panam and sighed heavily as he nodded. "I know you do Panam, and thanks. Don't have many allies in this shithole, gotta take care of who I got in the meantime." He explained as he still admired her ass in her tight jeans and got into the passenger's seat grabbing his guns on the way over.

"We'll do both." He told her as he let her gun the accelerator, as he uploaded the address to her GPS. He'd look at the map to it. You'll drop me off on one side. There is some construction equipment near the backside of this it looks like, you can get up on there and snipe a few people and make sure that Judy can sneak out while I cause havoc on the other side." He explained.

Panam nodded, stopping somewhere not visible. The warehouse lights were on.
"Here," she said, connecting and passing him the link of a radio frequency. "Send it to your friend so I can advise her to sneak out when the road is clear," the girl stepped out of the vehicle, with her sniper rifle, almost as tall as she was.
Then she, with agility, she began to move, climbing over obstacles, to get into position.
"I'm in position, V", Panam's voice, metallic, came from the transmitter.
It was bizarre how the most important women in V's life were both hotheads who threw themselves headlong into things without a real back-up plan.

Inside the warehouse a dozen Tigers were prowling, looking for the girl they had seen escape. From the windows, Panam had a very good view of everyone if things got bad.

"You got it babe." He assured her and kissed her and text it to Judy and sent her Panam's number. "Don't do anything... just don't die." He'd tell her not to do something stupid, but she did plenty of crazy shit. He'd go around the other side as he took up the transmitter.

"Alright, I'll go make some noise..." He told her as moved over to the cars and planted bombs on each of them. Once they were in place he'd take a position at the door inside and triggered the bombs blowing up every Tiger Claws cars as they started freaking out. He'd then shot one in the face and Panam would be able to see her boyfriend through a window going to town on them with guns and his cybernetics.

Panam felt a shiver go down her spine. Ah, once they was rescued Judy, she would drag V down an alley to finish what they started. It excited her too much to see him in action.
But now wasn't the time.
"I see you!" she exclaimed when spotted Judy sneaking out. She fired two shots, one to clear Judy's way and one to a Claws that was about to hit V.
She stayed focused until she heard Judy get into the back seat of the SUV.
"V! Here we are, retreat, I'll open the way to the off-road vehicle!" she sent him.

Meanwhile, inside the car, Judy was breathing heavily, clutching the shards she had managed to get her hands on. She was unharmed, but she had taken a big risk.
