Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Album?
Hi, i read on the FAQ that you can click on Album&Photo in User CP to create an album...but i can't find the Album button at all in my User CP. Anyone knows what's wrong?
I just "drew"(computer drawn) 26 pages worth of a "good" spanking story(basically, a 26 pages spanking doujin made by ME!), and i think it would be a REAL waste if i couldn't post it...(13 hours of work...though i get to keep it for myself, so no time wasted, i'd rather share it).
(I don't want the "upload picture button" into a random "existing" gallery, i'd rather upload it as My own "named" gallery. Of course, it will be shared with(visible to) everybody.)

Well, sorry but i still don't get it. I'm referring to this:
http://animeotk.com/forum/faq.php?fa...faq_vb3_albums
which says there is an Album button somewhere in User CP and i can upload images from there... but i cannot find it. Do i need to do anything specific for it to appear or something?
Thx for the reply.

the ability to do so has been disabled as we have the gallery script. my suggestion is to request a gallery for it to be uploaded to.. as such lve removed that part of the board FAQ.

Thx for the reply.
I still have a few more questions(should I make a new thread in Q&A)?
1. Well, i've seen this person(Leander) who uses 3DCG for drawing. So i'm concluding I can also use the program and post "interesting"(relevant) screenshots of it. Am i right(can i do that too)?
http://animeotk.com/gallery/member.p...1526&protype=1
2. I don't like drawing a single picture(a short story), i'd rather have a full storyline and foreplay(which often makes more sense of how the spanking came to occur). But can i post pictures that do not include a spanking scene, although the pictures contribute to how the spanking came to occur? I've seen that person(Leander) who makes great storylines, but some of the pictures do not include "anything to do" with spanking. Anyone confirm what kind of pics I can post(which pics are considered "relevant" and won't be deleted)?
3. I've seen pictures being deleted(they were here yesterday, but not here anymore today). Any chance MY pictures(drawn and uploaded by me, so no copyright issues) being deleted at random?
4. Do pictures i drew&uploaded show up in my profile or anywhere when somebody clicks my name? For example,
http://animeotk.com/gallery/member.p...1526&protype=1
(same link as above)
has all his pictures listed in order in his profile. How can i do that too?(even though i'm only a Probationary User?)
Don't wanna sound selfish, but anybody would rather say "i made this picture" and claim credit for it, rather than letting people believe they got the picture from some random internet website...(basically, everybody would want their hardwork acknowledged)
Sorry for all the questions, but better be safe than sorry.

If you're fishing for what is and isn't acceptable on the site, you're out of luck. It is impossible for me or anyone to tell you what will and won't be acceptable without seeing what you've drawn, you understand.
1) What I can say, is that Leander is a very special case and has had quite a few of his pictures removed in the past for being 'too much'. Please do not post 3D pictures or animegirl pictures, they will be removed too. With a few exemptions for people who've been members for a long time, provide decent work (although Leanders spelling, grammar, layout and general thought clarity ruin what are quite inventive comics. He needs to spend longer on each page) and accept they're walking a thin-line animegirl pictures will be removed.
3D such as Poser will never be acceptable.
2) I don't understand the question as its put, semi relevant pages are fine so long as they're not cluttering up the site.
3) Thats a bit insulting, pictures are never removed at random - there's always a reason - there havn't been any pics removed in three or four days.
4) Ah, I think I see the problem. You're confusing gallery and forum. The two are integrated on this site as much as is possible with custom code, but the two are still seperate.
The FAQ you read was talking about galleries in your forum account - which arn't permitted because they cause clutter, double-posting and are tricky to moderate - the links you've supplied are to gallery profiles, observe:
http://animeotk.com/forum/member.php?u=30948
http://animeotk.com/gallery/member.php?uid=30948
Your pictures are listed under your gallery profile as intended.

Yeah, Leander has a massive 3DCG story that he's allowed to post for some random reason. And El Manto Negro also posted quite a few 3DCG pics without anyone saying boo, so it's certainly understandable you might be confused about the "rule". It'd be nice if there was some consistency so it wouldn't discourage new artists or lead to an appearance of favouritism - but currently, that's the way it is. All you can do is ask a mod.
Aside from that, however, it is absolutely routine for artists to post stories where spanking is only at the end, pictures of foreplay or even ones that are only vaguely spanking-related, which doesn't usually seem to get complained at. As soon as you have a few pictures (five seems to be the rule of thumb) you can request your own gallery and your pictures will be moved there.

It comes down to what is and what isn't 3DCG and what we're prepared to accept is far enough divorced from 3DCG.
ELMs stuff has been passed through so many art filters it doesn't *look* 3D and it certainly doesn't *look* realistic.
Leanders stuff has similarly been passed through an additional set of filters to remove some of the 3D-ness about it.
By and large, the sites moderators (me included) don't actually like poser or animegirl stuff. Personally I think its toneless and ugly and I gather a lot of the artists on this site think the same so its been very easy to declare that anything made with animegirl - even stuff passed through additional filters - is going to be very hard to introduce to this site en-masse without the moderators going "Oh, thats too real" and "That doesn't look filtered enough, looks to 3D too" and removing half of it.
Its the same thing Leander has to put up with.
Incidentally;
Why do people instantly complain that moderation is 'random' recently? It's sometimes a little inconsistant, thats because drawings are subjective. Its not random by any means.

I was clear as day here. Don't post please, you asked your questions and got an answer, don't ignore it.
Your 3D picture has been removed, please don't pretend not to know why.

Edit by Shiine for clarity:
I just joined this site a few days ago but have decided its badly run and am picking a fight with as many rules as I'm not allowed to break.
I asked a question but didn't like the answer so decided to ignore what I was told. Boo hoo. Now they still won't let me do what I want after being on this site a day or two.
HELP HELP I'M BEING OPRESSED, I NEED AN ARMY TO FIGHT THE MODERATORS OF THIS SITE AND BRING IT DOWN!
