Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Hay. i've uploaded a new story to the downloads and it's been close to 3 days and it's still not avalable for people to download... wondering why?

that would depend on the staff member reviewing it, from what l do see your stories are in the moderation queue however we are awaiting a moderator to review them.

it's been close to a week and still i haven't gotten anything approveing or denieing my story. why is that?

Hm I'm having the same issue. I know mods must be busy, (i also know this is an older thread i just did an faq search and voila didn't really wanna make another thread about this... it's been 3 days for me. im sitting on pins and needles cuz im dying for feedback lol...if anything can be done to hasten the process i would appreciate it.

I put up one over a week ago, and it's still listed as in the moderation queue. And it's three pages and they're very short. At first I thought it might be because it's the first thing I'd uploaded in a LOOONG time.

The reason it takes so long is that someone has to read everything before it gets approved. And considering some of the stuff that gets posted, there is, alas, quite a bit of foot-dragging that goes on sometimes.
I apologize for the slowdown, but what can I say? Mods are human too.
