Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:

Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Just a little thing I did back in march. I'm a bit shy with my art, but I decided to finally upload this one.

I got the idea from a story I read about a girl's school where every teacher had a stack of these and some envelopes in their desk. The forms were only vaguely described so I filled in the blanks.

How would you guys like to fill out the checkboxes? Feel free to assign a form to anyone deserving.

The scrubbing i'm assuming entitles viciously scrubbing the abused bottoms... well... bottom... but what does the bottom soaping entitle?

With Bottom soaping I mean the practice of pushing a soapstick up the bottom. I've read about it and actually seen a couple videos where it's done.

I don't think I'll make a male version, but you're welcome to it if you want

Love this series *has read it a few times* I do have one question about this one though. What if the girl is incapable of a couple of those positions? For instance if, try as she might, she can't touch her toes or put her hands on the floor because she's simply not flexible enough?
