Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
Fun fact - Neal actually did have a gap in his teeth when he was in first grade, so that's why it's there XD
Another something I've been wanting to draw for a while. White Collar's Neal somehow got turned into a five year old version of himself, and Peter being an old fashioned man, he thinks Neal should be spanked when he breaks a vase and hides it.
Elizabeth (El, his wife) thinks Neal is too little to get spanked, and also thinks Peter's being too hard on him.
Actually, I Can See BOTH of their POVs....... Peter's right on learning Right from wrong...... But El's right that there's a Fine line when it comes to How Far punishment oughta go.........
Looking up references might help you with bodies! I know it's really hard to do. And it's exhausting, but I promise practice will pay off!
And after working with kids, five year olds are very small and a full blown spanking like this would scar them for many years. Maybe a swat or two would make sense, but I've worked with kids as young as that and they're always terrified of their parents when they use spanking. Even if they're not in trouble, they're always terrified. If not they grow used to it and will later become violent because they don't care about the outcome.
However, it is your drawing and you're allowed to fantasize about whatever you want. Keep practicing!

and aww poor babies :c Peter wouldn't give Neal more than around ten swats, he knows he's only little, and despite punishing him, he does care about him ^^

That's good at least. Even baring the child could be scaring enough. Children are a lot more delicate then they seem. They're pretty touch at that age physically, but any child or adolescent is weak mentally. Besides, they might be into the lifestyle and touching them that way may ruin it for them. I know it would for me if my parents did that.
Your drawing is good and it's a fantasy spanking...not a real one obviously. Harmless fantasy! Don't know why people are getting worked up. The whole site has spanking images on it!!
But this is SO ADORABLE! I love how tiny Neal looks, and still in his fancy get-up, hehe. And Peter looking so hesitant in the face of El's disappointment :P
Artistically, I enjoy the detail of the gap in Neal's teeth: not only canonically accurate, but makes him cuter, of course! ^_^ And also, the shading/coloring is awesome! Very soft tones - makes it homey!
All in all, I LOVE IT, and I hope you're inspired to do more!
