Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

I like his idea so much therefore I wish to do this one first.
These two characters are from "to aru kagaku no railgun". The spanker is Mugino Shizuri, the spankee is Frenda Seivelun. They are members of "ITEM" (a small combat team), and Mugino is the leader.
This spanking scene I am drawing is about the "punishment" which Mugino told to Frenda in EP10, second season.
I know this anime pretty well and I was wondering if, one day, someone would draw that scene.
Even though we don't see it happen, it could totally be canon; if I remember, the word "spanking" is pronounced. ^^
Anyway, thank you for sharing it! You captured them both perfectly; Frenda is very cute over Mugino's lap, but I wonder where her weapons have gone. She used to hide a lot of them under her skirt. XD

Lovely lighting and expressions, and just fantastic costumes and detail, from the tiny lace trim on Frenda's panties to the ruffles in Miguno's skirt. Even the perspective is unique, and eye-catching. Easy insta-fave.
This kinda made my day. I loved that show. I'm still holding out hope for a third season, but at least the manga's still going strong.
Frenda's such a brat. I'm a bit surprised I haven't seen a pic of her being spanked until now, but here it is and it's drawn by Fireball of all people. It was totally worth the wait.
