much better the impact on the butt looks great. I love the arms shaking too...but you should slow the frames down, you had it set a 5 1/100ths of a second I tried it 10 and it looks much smoother. Keep on animating, I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

The speed seems a little to fast (though I'll make a point of saying I dont know what this website can even hold gif wise aside from slowed down anime gifs) But its alot more fluid though the loop of it so good job~! i love the impact of the smack animation

It's really lovely as an animation on it's own~
I'll agree with Pippy and the others about it being a touch too fast for some of the elements, although my advice might vary from theirs - I think the spanker's arm motion is just perfect, I'd actually leave that as it is and try and create additional frames to make the kick longer or add in more tears.

That'd require more digital manipulation to make it work but I might do something like increasing the number of frames from 8 to 15. The spanker's arm raises and falls twice while the spankee kicks once (or kicks once each in two different manners) with 15 frames of tears and slow down the arm tremble by only having them move every other frame turning it into a more flexing than vibration.

I'm not an expert in GIFs - my own are not great - but I had some elements complete one or two or three loops in the same time as others completed one, it just required working with composite drawings with extra layers... which I believe you already are with the arm and legs.
It's a certain amount of extra work though...

Do really love your spanker's arm movement (and her whole design), very sexy, no problems with the speed of that. This is a very, very successful test.

We've some HD gifs with 60+ frames. Some of my own animated comics are over 80 frames and nearly a minute long.
It's mostly a question of 'is the total animation longer than it takes to load the whole image' to get it smooth.

Sometimes the timing of a few frames is altered on the site to be faster but I'm not sure if that's us or the program the maker used to produce the gif.
As you can see from the thumbnails, some people have transparency's that jump in and out all over the canvas, some don't - and some can't be made into coherent thumbs at all. It's down to the program that produced it (and the final gif being less compatible than others).
