Well,you saw Rodrigo's Dragon Ball world counterpart. His Super Mario World counterpart as well...and here is the Pokemon World!
On White City,there's a big Pokemon Academy,where aspiring trainers can go to study before going in their journey. Rodrigo is one of those students, having chosen to study before his journey.
There he met-and got a crush on-a Kimono Girl his age, named Naomi, the one who'd become his future girlfriend.
He got a crush in her that often distracted him in classes,but was too shy to go talk to her,let alone about this-heck,for all Rodrigo figured,such a kind and polite girl wouldn't even want to have anything to do with him! He decided to just watch from afar instead of talking....
.....except that destiny itself seemed to intervene,for the teacher chose Naomi to become his partner to study for the pratical exams that would happen next week!
Naomi was as kind as Rodrigo thought,even though she was initialy confused by the boy's embarassement around her! And as they studied,Rodrigo and Naomi also got closer to each other,untill the day Rodrigo's embarassement would increase ten fold.
Why?Because,as they'd live on the Academy till they graduated to become Pokemon Trainers (the Academy being one of those schools that you sleep there and can go home at weekends) and the academy isn't known for being too strict for punishments, Naomi told Rodrigo that,as best friends they should take care of each other's behavior and school grades,and punish each other accordingly when needed!
Rodrigo was a bit embarassed,but accepted,not knowing what the punishment was yet. Naomi had just told him it was a "traditional punishment" that were applied in her house for generations and that she hoped she wouldn't have to show first hand to her newest and best friend!
And one day,as Rodrigo's grades began dropping,Naomi sighed and decided her friend should learn to pay more attention to his studies! Taking him to an empty classroom that isn't used on the school,after scolding him for it,she sadly told him it was time to show him that punishment she was talking about....
