Of course I know Mr. Weatherbee, but I don't know Hal and I don't know "Nanny and the Professor." Actually I've seen two cartoons of "The Bee" spanking Betty Cooper and one of him waling the tar out of Betty and Veronica Lodge. Incidentally, Reggie Mantle is "spanked" once by Archie's ancient "tin Lizzy's" windshield frame (c. '69-70).
