Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
Time for more Girls und Panzer.
This time we get the Mallard Team, Midoriko (a.k.a. Sodoko), Nozomi and Moyoko, dishing out a little discipline to the delinquents from the Shark Team, 'Tornado' Ogin, 'Explosive Cyclone' Rum, 'Sargasso' Murakami, 'Great Waves' Flint and 'Fresh Whitebait Rice Bowl' Cutlass.
But wait, you might say, I've seen GuP and GuP the movie and I don't know half these characters.
That might be, because you haven't seen the first episode of 'Girls und Panzer - Das Finale' yet.
We get a bunch of new characters there, both ally and rival alike.
That's right, my favourite anime continues in a 6 part OVA series.
I was happy enough about the first OVA that I felt compelled to do a drawing for it, featuring some of the new cast.
This is basically season 2 of GuP, I'd say, just that you get six 50 minute OVAs instead of twelve 25 minute episodes.
The BluRay has been out for a week or so by now and I have to say I was not disappointed.

I don't know about a western release, but 'Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match' got an Asian release for outside Japan that has everything but the voice-over in English. In fact I'm looking at my copy of it right now. Bought it from Play-Asia.
Wouldn't say its very newcomer friendly and they could have done more with story and cutscenes, but for a GuP fanboy like me its still a lot of fun.
