Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

As several people have mentioned, this does look like Stephanie Burke and is definitely from an old Nu-West publication. The problem is that Stephanie's style resembled that of another Nu-West artist, so this could be his work - it looks like a photostat in which some details were lost.
This other artist sometimes went under the alias "G Fort" although I have referred to him as "The ACES Artist" because his work was featured prominently on the old ACES spanking bulletin board, which most AOTK readers would be too young to remember. His identity, which I suspected immediately, was kept secret because he was a very famous and successful penciller for a major comic-book company. Before he died, Nu-West's founder Ed Lee provided the last piece of the puzzle, and I've been promising for years to reveal this artist's true identity (he's dead now) but I've never gotten around to writing the article (I will eventually). I won't say more here about his identity.
Anyway, if this is Stephanie Burke's art, and I think it is, the best way to establish that would be to find the original Nu-West publication it came from since I think she normally took a credit (unlike "G Fort" who mostly left his work unsigned).
I think this was part of a comic book put out by Nu West back in the 80s called "Corporal Punishment in Women's Institutions". I too think it's the work of Stephanie Burke but can't be positive. Nu-West I think still has a website....send them an email and maybe they can help.
