Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Rose is known to have punished many OCs with a firm hand... or implement. But this time, she had to do something very different
Candace, or as known on the site as LadyFlandre, recently had been depressed and seclusive after having to have put down a dog that has been with her for almost 14 years. Candace is creator and owner of the character, Sgt. Woomy, who has done a lot of things with Rose. To the point where Rose is essentially Cheyanne's caretaker. Candace is usually very active on Discord and is usually very cheerful. She usually likes it when others vent their issues to her. But when she lost her dog, she became much less active and her messages were very depressing. Others began to worry about her after a few days of this. and majorly concerned when it went of for a whole week.
During an event that was an rp between Rose and Cheyanne, Rose noticed that Cheyanne was rather upset or void of emotion. Rose asked what was troubling her and Cheyanne responded that she was not sure what was getting her down. After checking to see if she was lying, which Cheyanne wasn't, Rose knew what was causing this. Doing something she rarely does, she entered the , Candace's room.
Candace gasped and fell out of her chair at her computer, surprised to see Rose in the room. "Um.... Hi..... how... how did you get here Rose?" asked Candace
"It is not of your concern about how I am here, but more so why I am here," Rose responded. "Your character is soul is troubled but she doesn't know why... which only means that your soul is troubled as well."
"Ok... Fine.... You're right..."
Rose reads a few messages from the others and sighs. "You are worrying others.... Perhaps I need to give you a bit of... special therapy."
"You... mean you are going to spank me.... as therapy"
"Yes." Rose walks over and sits at a corner of the bed. "Now come over here. I will help you with this."
Candace came over and laid over Rose's lap, and Rose bared Candace's rear and with her bare hand began to spank. During the spanking, she talked to Candace, mentioning how there are things she can't control and that it's not healthy. She scolds her a bit as well for making her friends worry. Candace didn't respond but she was listening. She could only cry and sob as Rose spanked her and talked to her about what Candace was doing, making her feel remorse for letting this get to her.

Interesting! I had come to think that Rose was just a ruthless punisher, so seeing aftercare from here really shows her softer side.
Though it's worth noting she only seems to know how to talk though her hand XD
She doesn't usually do aftercare cause, like you said, she is primarily a punisher. She wants people to feel remorse and imply she means business. In this scenario though, It's not just shes's upset with me. She's concerned and worried too, which is what lead to the aftercare.
