Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Rosaleen encouraged me to write an illustrated book. Which I did, using Microsoft's Publisher program. And this picture was to appear on the front.
We both failed to find a publisher as the book was considered too SPECIFIC. I.e, just for too small an audience.
Nevertheless she wrote the foreword, which I now use as the introduction to my spanking forum. Here it is:
Funbun describes himself as a spanking purist and this love of the topic is reflected in both his art and his writing. Many writers in this genre seem to feel obligated to include a wider range of fetishes or overt sexual activity. It is refreshing to find an author that devotes himself wholly to traditional spanking. There is an innocent fun about his work, a sense of playfulness. Although not explicit, there is a deep sexual undercurrent that runs through the scenes and hooks the audience. The drawings have a delightful simplicity, almost cartoon-like. The soft colorings add to their warmth and are giving them the sense of capturing bygone era. This site/forum is a delight for the spanking enthusiast, a man sharing his passion.
Rosaleen was (still is) the biggest inspiration that came to me through the Internet. I grew very fond of her and we corresponded from the very first day she introduced herself on the Internet - almost daily...
She was the one who made me OPEN UP and GO PUBLIC with my drawings and short stories.
The fact that she left the spanking scene without a trace, still makes me feel sad. I do hope that she found what she was looking for and accept her decision to cut all ties with whoever she met in the spanking scene though.
But there will always be a big place in my heart for her.

I have ALL her spanking videos and watch them a lot. She was (and IS) the best spankee ever! (In my humble opinion).
Yes, Look, it is such a loss she left the scene! I like this drawing as it reminds me of the spankings I witnessed when young. Quite a few moms would spank in similar fashion. Surely not naked with me present though..! :-)
Ah yes.. Ms Young certainly did some memorable shows , though I have only caught a few priviews and some series of pictures in some english spanko magazines.

I think it was Ernest Hemingway who once said "a writer is always looking to write one true sentence". Your poignant introductory remarks to this drawing are a multitude of thoughtful, sincere, and true reflections on a subject that close to the heart of anyone who visits a spanking site like this one.
Did you ever read Rosaleen Young's book : "Fantasies of a Young Submissive"? To me it is a Masterpiece. It proves that she is a highly intelligent, gifted and talented woman, who happens to have such feelings...
Even within circles of like-minded people, she was often treated with dis-respect. To such an extend that it made her sick. She left the scene very frustrated and sad.
In the Introductory chapters of her book she describes her personal feelings (These parts are NO fantasy, it's HER) and every time I read and re-read her words they touch me. A whole chapter with "TRUE sentences"...
She stole my heart, when - even in a state of despair - she wrote those wonderful words as an introduction to my book.
To me it was proof that she connected to me, understood me, trusted me. All of this was shown in the hundreds of pages we corresponded. We bonded in a fantastic way as we were able to honestly, gently and openly talk about our spanking feelings.
I have no contact with her anymore, but she always is and will be in my heart.
A lovely, genuine and sincere person, who tried to operate in an environment that often didn't include such words.

Thank you for the book reference. I do not know where to look for it but I will keep an eye open. It is regrettable to hear that your friend was treated with such disrespect. Unfortunately every time you express yourself, you are open to criticism. All we can do is try to encourage other artist whose work we find on sites like this one to continue with their artwork even if no one else understands it.
