Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Question: Does he even have a mom in any of the official films or children's books (even the modern ones?). I haven't read any since I was a child but I don't recall ever seeing her in any WTP cartoon or any of the childrens books. I realize things might have changed since the 70's and 80's.
In the Disney cartoon "The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" he DOES have a mom appeared on screen several times but never showed her face, just the back of her head. And to note, 1episode dealt with Christopher Robin running away as he broke her favorite vase and we heard her call his name several times trying to find him. In the end he just told he his friends he was going to go home and admit his wrongdoing as he did not want to make his mother worry about him. Perhaps this is one possible outcome for when he returned home?

I was just curious because it occurred to me that like lots of childrens cartoons (to use Charlie Brown as an example where you literally never see an adult , though sometimes you hear their unrecognizable adult speak gibberish) I didn't know ANYTHING of Christopher Robin outside of him and the world that Pooh and friends inhabit. And I agree that from the plot you disclosed if Christopher Robin was ever to be spanked (seems to be portrayed as a really good kid most of the time) that would be a good reason and time for it
A prefect example of a virtuous Christian Mother giving her naughty little boy a good bare bottom spanking. As his just punishment for willfully disobeying his Mother.
I've never paid much attention to the Disney version of Winnie-the-Pooh (or Christopher Robin), in the books by A.A. Milne his father (the narrator of the stories) appears to be quite indulgent towards the boy.
Thus Christopher Robin's mother almost certainly must be the family's disciplinarian, so viewing her spanking him soundly for some childhood misconduct (like losing Eeyore's tail, although his father blames Owl for taking it) seems quite credible.
Or perhaps she's saying that "You dropped Eeyore in the water, young man, don't go blaming Tigger for it! I'm going to teach you a lesson for lying to me, and your father too if necessary...!!" --C.K.
