Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
This wasn't something I really planned on doing, but was inspired from playing NetHack, an old, open source Roguelike from the 80s.
If there's one continuous threat from my various runs deep into the dungeons, it has been..Hobbits. And in the run that inspired this pic, Jango had to deal with two of them, back-to-back, throwing Elven daggers at him from across the room and trying to kill him for no reason-at least, none I can think of. They just attack like any other enemy, but the fact they're Hobbits was what made me wanna draw this.
I like to think that this is what happened to them, as opposed to the what happened in-game (which was me bashing them with a two-handed hammer). This'll teach them not to attack a traveler unwaranted.
(What's not seen is how I died a few minutes later cause a Floating Eye froze me in place and his pet Jackal ate me alive. But, like, let's not think about that.)
@Nelson1977: It's much easier when they're so short. ;P Thanks, Nelson, but I do wish they'd stop trying to sheath their daggers in my back. (Jango, however, doesn't mind. All the more reason to punish them.)
