Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
i think its pretty unfair to demand credit from this situation, yes his work is very similar but you dont own the idea of a spanking machine and its clearly not traced from your own work.
I don't think you're making too much of a fuss. It's obviously a redraw of your picture, right down to the poses. Asking for credit is literally the smallest request.
People have asked me for redraws of existing pictures, and I've always posted credit from the start. It costs nothing to say "It's a redraw if this picture."
Do some people not have basic pattern recognition? LoulouVZ' comish is obviously a riff on this! The only differences are "his" one lacks most of the detail from yours and is drawn from a slightly different angle. Actually, it looks like they rendered it in Google Sketchup, which is frankly hilarious. Some things go past pastiche or homage, it needs a reference acknowledgement at the very least.
I mean, to be serious for a moment, yeah, obviously Circe's pic was used as a reference. At least, I say 'obvious' cause I personally don't see any other pic on this site that uses this exact same spanking machine and set-up. So while I try to give the benefit of the doubt, it looks like credit is due to Circe.
Personally, I don't see it. I mean obviously they look similar and have the same position but I can't say I really think it's particularly copied from yours. But then again maybe it is. I'm not an artist so take my pitiful little opinion with a grain of salt.

Look for the details. In both pics the paddles seem too long to pass under the roller, so they have this hinge to fold back and also this little security rail, so the girls wont fall off the bar.

As far as I know, LouLou doesn't use SketchUp. For all we know, she got a Commissioner who gave her their 3D rendered machine, and said "draw two lovelies in this scene." Just saying, nothing is "obvious."

For reference, LouLou is on youtube, where SHE posts some of HER (clean) work (albeit not in english). Word to the wise.
@Circe further, as she has said on many occasions, "it's a jobbie, not a hobbie" meaning she isn't interested in spankings one way or the other. Her ultimate goal is simply to look for future commissioners, as sad as that is. It's possible that LouLou just logs in to post her work, then vamoses. If you'd like recognition as the creative originator of the piece, you might want to post a message more directly. Just a suggestion.
