Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
Normally I don't post screencaps from games where it's just a basic threat - if the game is sufficiently horny that they're either deliberately trying to put the idea of sexy spanking scenes in your head or it is heavily implied to happen off-screen often enough, then that's another matter.
(That said, Dronya is kind of violent and unpleasant, and hates kids, and does deliver a Sconnie at one point - where you punch downwards on top of the head with one knuckle extended to hit the very top of the skull. It hurts quite a bit, and is the Australian upgrade of a "noogie".)
But what caught my interest is the choice of words: I don't think in any game, throwaway line or otherwise, have I seen them use that phrase, that's very much the language of a real threat used to children some 20+ years ago. A few times I've heard parents threaten their kids with "I'll pull your pants down and smack your bottom red raw".
So I just thought the wording was interesting. I hope someone else out there finds that as fascinating.
What, a link to download the entire game? No. It's a fully published game, available on Steam (and presumably on various consoles), you'll have to buy it with actual money. It's a decent game though, if you like first-person dungeon crawlers (such as Etrian Oddysey, original Eye of the Beholder, Wizardry I think?)
