Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

So Shinka no Mi is yet another isekai of questionable quality from fall 2021 season. It starts out really cringey, but then it gets better and even becomes a bit amusing and funny.
This spanking scene might have happened during episode 3, when our OP protagonist Seiichi takes an entrance 'exam' to the adventurers' guild. One of the tasks is to demolish a building, which Seiichi carelessly collapses on top of himself. Altria, his assigned mentor, is terrified that her 'bad luck curse' might have claimed another victim. She is relieved when Seiichi emerges from the rubble without a scratch, but gives him a piece of her mind for his reckless behaviour.

Altria is attired quite appealingly, she definitely looks like a dominant young lady.
I agree that Seiichi is quite a lucky fellow, both for surviving that building's collapse on him and then getting his naked buttcheeks thorougly strapped by his beautiful mentor.
