I saw this on JusticeHentai.com and I haven't seen anyone post it before. So, I thought that I would do so. From what I heard about the story for the picture, it is about how Supergirl and Batgirl had an argument, where Batgirl spanked, which caused Supergirl to want more of it. So, she gave Batgirl a Kryptonite ring so she would feel it and enjoy it more.
I don't think it's a kryptonite ring, since that would typically be green, so it's likely a red sun radiation ring, which would cancel out Kara's kryptonian powers so Barbara could spank her like a normal human terrestrial, which is what's happening.
Obviously, Kara herself sent the ring to Barbara.

as for the color of the ring, it's pink kryptonite which is a joke reference to , well one of the weirdest thing to actually exist in comic,
Okay, so "pink kryptonite" is merely a satire on all the forms of kryptonite created by DC Comics during its 'Silver Age' in the 1960s, hmmmm? Its effect is to turn hetero kryptonians gay (and possibly gay kryptonians hetero), so with Kara exposed to it and also erotically into being spanked, that certainly explains why she would desire a bare-bottom-up excursion across Barbara's lap. (Really, who wouldn't, except arguably Lex Luthor?)
However, without Kara's powers being cancelled out or at least seriously dampened, Barbara's hardest swats would feel like a mild breeze on Kara's behind and would risk damaging Barbara's palm. (Somewhere there's an old comic book panel showing Lois Lane hurting her hand trying to spank a super-powered toddler.) That's why I theorized a "red sun radiation" ring on Batgirl's finger, which would temporarily reduce Supergirl to the physical level of a terrestrial human, making the smacks to her exposed posterior truly sting.
(Contrary to what Kara is claiming, it doesn't seem to me that changing her sexual orientation would somehow eliminate or reduce her kryptonian invulnerability. Perhaps she's merely convincing herself that those spanks actually hurt--yet that wouldn't explain those palm prints on her chubby bumcheeks, unless Barbara is wearing super-strength, invulnerable gloves.)
Hey, I know I'm 'blathering on' about a simple fun drawing, which I find to be quite amusing and enjoyable, however I do tend to analyse these types of situations. Anyway, it's a sweet concept, Barbara strikes me (pun not intended) as a terrific potential spanker... --C.K.

If Kara sent the pink kryptonite ring to Barbara, then she (Kara) had to have already possessed it and therefore presumably been exposed to its radiation. What else would cause her to become gay, assuming that she was hetero to begin with?
Perhaps Supergirl was hoping that the ring would somehow also turn Batgirl gay, however it's pretty much established canon that kryptonite doesn't affect human terrestrials. Of course, two young women could enjoy spanking activity between each other without both (or even one) necessarily being gay.
It's still rather obvious that something has temporarily eliminated or at least greatly reduced Kara's kryptonian invulnerability, given Barbara's red palm prints on her bottom... --C.K.
