Bullet Ants...or 24 hrs Ants bite is said to hurt a whole day long excruciatingly. Some Venom Testers accounted them for about 8 hours pain.

Who knows, could also be 3 spankings as she gets handed from one to the other and the rest holding her. Finally I also could see her sore bum ending in the bullet ant nest. Or other parts...
