Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

So yeah, I do really like the Shining, both the book and the movie that much, I wondered if I could make a project based around that. Of course, a certain Simpsons parody was enough to convince me and so I went with it. However, I was approached by a great friend of mine who is Fanny the Paddle and he gave me a better perspective by combining both our characters into one.
In this, it is just a usual vacation of mother and son bonding time where Rhei and his mother, Aureola, or known as Mama Fukui, find a hotel within the mountains. Their roles will be revealed later down the line.
There, they meet Fanny the Paddle himself where he is human, where he acts as the owner, loosely named on Dick Hallorann. Rhei would hear something ever so suspicious down the hotel corridors.
I do really like the movie adaptation despite the cluttered changes and highly questionable director. As such, I wanted to honour the movie by constructing angles that are similar to how the movie was shot, though there were not over a hundred takes on each scene.
Originally, this was going to take place in the Traverse Town hotel in Kingdom Hearts but I wanted a bigger space.
