Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!
I will be honest that I never grew up with The Proud Family, but went to watch it after seeing the reboot. Watching some episodes, even if Penny is the golden child compared to her friends, she can act up, even in the reboot. So, I have decided to have a picture dedicated to both Penny and Rhei receiving it from the mother, Trudy.
This was an interesting angle that the artist pulled off and I love the high school puffy jacket and baggy jeans he is wearing in the picture.
Even if Trudy is a good mother, she does have her limits and this shows that she is giving Rhei the spanking of his life with the brush, while putting up resistance on his legs.
Maybe I should include Rhei in more Disney Channel shows.

Ummmm, that spanking implement looks like either a long hairbrush or a short bath brush, either way it has bristles and a totally flat back, unlike a wooden spoon.
Trudy's obviously an experienced spanker of naughty children's bare bottoms, she has Rhei's thighs nicely pinned down.
What's considered a "weapon" could be a matter of personal perspective, it might just be a pocket knife with a four-inch blade, however anything which gets Rhei a good, hard bare-assed licking from a pretty female is a good reason... --C.K.
